Large room and appliances. Location was close to bars, restaurants and attractions. Good brakfest and friendly staff.
PMC Valet were great. Tranice and Eric were cool.

The building has lots of character and uniqueness. We loved that! One minor disappointment- we thought the kitchenette would have an oven, but we made do without it. The room size was great and very comfortable. Access to Progressive Field was amazing! The walk to Rock n Roll museum was very easy, too.
As mentioned above, just the lack of an oven.
The room was nice minus the pull out couch.
I dont even know where to begin. Coming in town for a concert. Requested a 3pm check in. No response. No big deal. We arrived shortly before 3p the vallet parking was a disaster. The kid at the podium clearly was not trained as he had no idea what was going on. We went to check in and was told the room was not ready(again not the biggest deal as check in wasn't until 4p. I asked id it would be ok to have vallet park our vehicle and was told yes by what seemed to be an extremely annoyed receptionist. Went back out and advised the parking attendant that we were told it would be able to park ahead. He seemed confused but did start to ask our name, room number ect. I advised him that we have not been told our room number and he stated that would not be a problem. We gave him our phone number as requested and he texted us the parking info. He told us that when we would need to get the vehicle again to just use that platform sent via text. We asked if we should take our bags and he advised us to indeed take them which we did. We were told to leave the car on and they would be driving it to the basement area were the vehicles were kept. The lobby had several people waiting who all looked annoyed. We waited with our belongings for another 20 mins or so and noticed the car hadn't been moved and was just left running in front of the hotel. Went back out and asked another attendant who had appeared if he could assist in which he did ( and was very helpful). Once our car was taking to the basement garage we went back in and asked approximately how much longer it was going to take for the room to get ready and was told that we were on the list and there was 1 guest ahead of us and then our room would be ready. Once ready we would receive a phone call. Normally I wouldnt care but we were in town for the concert so wanted to get ready and leave. As we continued to wait, we eventually started to get ready in the hotel bathroom were we noticed others were doing the same.
Ty with valet was wonderful. Very professional, friendly and took wonderful care of my care.

I’d like to thank Chris and valet he was helpful and courteous to me and my family. Very nice and patient.
Traneice and Chris were extremely helpful. They truly went above and beyond my expectations.
We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Canada. Jared checked us in and was very friendly. He recommended a restaurant to go to that was very good. After dinner we went back to the bar and Jeff was our bartender. He was so nice and friendly. We laughed so hard with him. He is awesome ! They have valet parking or off-site parking for a charge. Our room was really cool. We walked in and stepped up a few stairs to our kitchen. Then at the other side of the room we walked up a few stairs to the bathroom. The room was huge! There was an atrium we overlooked from our hallway. There were little stores and restaurants located under the first level. The room was very clean. You are in an older building and downtown Cleveland. So yes the building is older. But very cool. The hotel is walking distance to all 3 sports stadiums.
