Overall it was good
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed in the Euclid Tower, which was definitely a real hike. We did not like that. Also, the shower was too small and I’m not a real big man.

I am a Platinum Elite Member. Stayed here with my spouse for 3 nights in May 2026. Room was not ready until about 6 pm. No apologies from front desk staff. Was asst a smaller 1 bedroom corner room. Old and dated furniture, poor housekeeping. Staff not friendly or customer focused. Will definitely not recommend or stay in this Hotel again. Not worth the day rate

Prime location and spacious rooms
Pros:

Bed was Comfortable loved the size of the room and the kitchen. Staff was great. Hotel was beautiful.

Cons:

First got there open the refrigerator and there was someone old food in the fridge. Made me doubt how clean the room really was. The stairs to get to the room was difficult to get to the room. Also valet workers didnt open the door for you. Right when i was leaving one ataff finally did open the door for us.

Best Valet!!
Pros:

Came here to watch the baseball game, Uriah the valet was very conversational and informational! This is definitely the best valet experience I ever had. The greeted me when we pulled in and assisted us directly to the front desk.

This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve stayed at.

I liked that the property was in the heart of downy and the ambiance it held. It felt very Victorian and classy.
