Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 02:00. Check out time is by 11:00 on the check-out date. PET POLICY
At Staybridge Suites Columbia – Baltimore, we recognize that your pet is part of your family and are pleased to welcome up to two pets per room weighing a max of 68 kg with a nonrefundable sanitation fee of:

Comfortable room for a short stay
Pros:

It is a very roomy apartment with full size fridge. There is Greek restaurant right cross the car park and 7-11 within 8 minutes walk. It was very comfortable stay

Cons:

there is only 1 lift so if it is a busy checking in-out time, you wait a little long

Pros:

This was my first time staying in an IHG property and found the staff very welcoming. The hotel was clean, even with some work being done on the property. Breakfast was full of options and that was an added benefit.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints. There's not anything negative about my experience.

Overall my stay was okay. I will probably try something else in the area
Pros:

The staff was very nice . I love the Dove body wash and the assortment of breakfast option. Coffee and tea was available all day. It was small low traffic .

Cons:

The property is old and need serious upgrading. I stayed in the property 10 days with one cleaning,🤨

Super clean and accommodating! Hot breakfast, complimentary hot drinks 24/7 and dinner included twice a week. Very comfortable! A home away from home.

Wonderful stay at a lovely clean clean clean hotel.
Pros:

Front desk staff member was more than helpful in making sure our room had 2 beds since I was travelling with my teenage son.
I could see the hotel was being renovated but we were there on the weekend so all was quiet.
My son enjoyed the basketball court and I could see him from our room.
We were very happy to have a very clean bathroom with a shower that was super clean. Plenty of towels and decent shower products.
The room was extremely clean and updated. Happy to be able to watch the hockey playoff game in our room as well
The breakfast choices were lovely and great coffee!
The hotel was in great proximity of the soccer fields that we were playing at.

Cons:

The staff at breakfast could have been a little bit more forgiving. Yes, we were a little late getting down to breakfast but I needed syrup for my waffle and had to knock on the door for them to open the area so I could get some. It was awkward and you can tell they were annoyed. There is no reason for a breakfast to end at 10. Some travelers may want to sleep in a bit as we did.

Pros:

Staff were courteous and a couple of them extra nice. Manager/supervisor made it a point of duty to come around during breakfast to find out how folks were doing.

Cons:

There was some renovation going on so a bit of noise/knocking. Windows were sometimes sealed of while the painting was being done. Effort appeared to be made by the hotel to make the renovation as less uncomfortable/disruptive as possible.

Pros:

The lay out of the guest rooms and the amenities for cooking are excellent. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. Everything in my room was clean and in working order.

Cons:

The hotel is currently under renovation so the all of my windows had plastic over them, the hallway rugs and wallpaper were damaged and I regularly ran into workers moving giant tolls of carpeting and other building materials down the halls. I would have liked the hotel to let me know this was going on but they did not say anything or leave a note in the room.

Great place to stay if you have an appointment at Johns Hopkins.
Pros:

The hotel is always clean, and the staff are always welcoming. Even under obvious updates or construction, things were still tidy. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

One of the knobs on the cook top doesn't work in room 213.
