Ótima estadia. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis; 2 travesseiros para cada pessoa. Tv com variedade boa de canais

Cons:

Ficamos hospedados apenas um dia e no horário do café da manhã, colocaram funcionários para colocarem pedras no jardim onde ficam as mesas do café. Era um barulho alto, bem desagradável. Perguntei a funcionária se não poderiam mudar este trabalho para após o horário do café da manhã. Infelizmente ela foi mal educada e disse que não, o combinado é esse.
O café da manhã é bem mediano. Senti falta das panquecas pois havia visto na foto no booking, então perguntei e me falaram que teriam apenas no dia seguinte.

La verdad se sentía bastante acogedor, a pesar de que no es tan grande, tiene bastantes áreas destinadas para disfrutar y relajarse. El personal del comedor súper amable, destacar a la señora Elizabeth por su preocupación y amabilidad. Me gustó que tenia muchos accesos de entrada. Hay veces que el lobby está lleno y uno quiere solo llegar a su habitación, entonces eso realmente se agradece

En mi segundo día nos quedamos esperando la limpieza de la habitación. Por la tarde ya teníamos bastante basura por sacar y no pasaron nunca. Me extrañó ya que salimos a medio día y estaban las dos muchachas con el carrito de limpieza dos habitaciones más al lado (supuse que luego pasarían por la nuestra, pero no). Mi esposo intentó llamar por el teléfono y no funcionaba, tuvo que ir directo al lobby para informar que si alguien podía ir por la basura y algunas cosas que faltaban. Le dijeron que saque la basura y la dejé afuera de la habitación pero ahí estuvo un montón de tiempo. Tuvo que volver a ir al lobby para decir nuevamente y al final si llegó alguien por ella y le pasaron las cosas que nos faltaban también. No sabemos qué fue lo que pasó y el porque no pasaron las señoritas, pero si se paga por un servicio se debiese cumplir. Igual quiero destacar que solo fue ese día, del resto no tengo nada malo que decir.
