Staff are wonderful! Room was clean and nice size.
Being very picky, but shower head was low, I’m 6. Ft, and in a bathtub. Need to update to a real shower.
We had easter brunch there. The food was nice, tasted good and was displayed well. Truly surprised at the wonderful deviled eggs with beets in the filling. However you were allowed as many of the appetizers which included great cheese and tapas like bacon dates and small desserts at an outer table. You could choose one main from a menu choice. a menu choice was a nutella waffle Belgium which for $85.00 seemed very high. There was a meat entre prime rib which seemed more apropos. I am used to having more choices at a brunch for Easter for that type of price point for instance an omelet bar, a carving station, strata choice or a meat choice , sweet roll, muffin or kringle. They also had soup available .Dessert offered was nice macaroons, a few other choices in small petite dishes which worked well. I do understand prices for food now anywhere is frightful including the grocers even if wholesale but the meat and seafood did not work for me at this brunch. This was rated as one of the best brunches in St Louis and on thus note I felt a little conflated what was presented.
Our room service, the gentlemen who helped up with our bags and stay was exemplary!!
Our room was directly by the elevator AND CONSTANT WHOOSING SOUND MUCH OF THE TIME. BUT THE ROOM ITSELF WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND NICE . It was a busy Easter weekend and a very large ballroom dance event was there also and we felt we could not ask for a different room .
Lived up to its expectations. 4 Star on all accounts!
Multiple restaurants, gym, pool, location is perfect, theater, barber…..etc, etc
We stayed here for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. The valet, the bellman, the concierge were all top notch!
The Tenderloin Steakhouse inside the hotel is 5 star with food, drinks and service all on top notch level.
The Chase Club Bar & Restaurant had great food, but the service was so slow I was amazed they allowed this in this high end of an establishment. We’d sit at the bar and wait 10 minutes before we’d be waited on. We’d have to wave down bartenders or servers to get service and we’d feel guilty for other patrons who would sit empty for way too long!
The Chase Club needs 3 more servers and at least 2 more bartenders to serve their clientele
Historic hotel with modern updating. Nice quiet lobby bar and other onsite food and drink choices and retail options (I thought the breakfast very very reasonable). Check-in was very friendly. I LOVE the history of the hotel and the location is also excellent.
Nothing at all.
The staff is outstanding, providing excellent service throughout my visit.
We only had a one night stay but thoroughly enjoyed it. Dining was excellent. We had lunch at the Chase Club and drinks/dessert at The Tenderloin Room - both were top notch. Great area for walking. Nice location across from gorgeous Forest Park.
Amazing stay at this fabulous hotel. Entire staff was first class. From checking in to checking out, it was a great stay. We stayed 6 nights, and they upgraded us to an apartment at no extra charge! Highly recommend the bar’s pizzas. Nearby Staub’s market is a great neighborhood grocery store and deli. Make sure to attend a Mass at the Basilica Cathedral right down the street.
Lacy made my experience a 10/10. Extremely great customer service!
Large comfortable and quiet room
Parking very expensive
Room was huge
Bathroom was tiny and the room had a musty smell. We had been told that the pool opened end of March early April and it was not open.
Excellent breakfast options.
It was very nice
The location and theme
Was a nice room, friendly staff.
Had to pay to park in the parking garage of the hotel.
