Location was excellent, rooms and bathrooms were well appointed. Check in and check out was efficient and easy.
I feel that with this standard of property the pillows should be a better quality, as well as there should be coffee mugs available with the in room coffee machine as well as proper glasses for water/drinks. To be given plastic and paper disposable cups is not in keeping with the facilities on offer at the hotel. The telephone in our room did not work and despite asking a few times for it to be fixed it did not get fixed, despite one attempt which was not successful.
Clean, nice staff
Did not feel like the value was worth the price, the gym was not good
I stayed here for two nights for a whirlwind business trip and absolutely fell in LOVE with the place. It is so beautiful and has great charm and character. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was polite and efficient. The room was clean, nicely designed and appointed, and housekeeping did a great job to refresh it for me. The restaurant was fantastic - great service, food and nice wine selection. Parking was easy, plentiful and convenient. It looks like they have live music on the front breezeway on certain days which I bet is awesome. The mattress and bedding were even wonderful, and when I called to inquire about the brand names of them, the front desk person was really sweet and helpful! This is my new go-to place in Buffalo.
Our second stay at this very comfortable hotel. Nice rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Short walk to a great restaurant (Jazzboline) so we didn’t have to get in the car again after a long drive.
Very clean, and elevated. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was not very good and over-priced.
We were tired from a long day of driving and walked in with our little dog Taco , Marty greeted us with the best smile and questions about our trip and offered cookies too! He arranged a room near an exit to take Taco out and gave taco a toy. We have never had such a warm welcome and are planning to stop on our way back !!!
I could hear the washroom beside the toilet flush their toilet and there was a sound of cooling system slipping at night from the hallway.
Close to home makes for a nice little get away without going far and was a very pleasant experience.
There wasn't anything we did not like.
Beautifully appointed and comfortable. I enjoyed both the common areas as well as my room.
Nothing
The hotel was very clean and well appointed. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Windows didn't open up.
Whenever I travel to Buffalo, I always stay at the Reikart House, even when I’m working downtown. The location is very convenient to 290 to get to downtown very easy drive. The front desk agents are very welcoming and the homemade baked cookie is delicious. I love that my car is conveniently outside an entrance and not in a parking garage. The room is large and very comfortable and decorated very well. The property is not too big so walking from my room to the lobby is easy and the lobby is lovely with a roaring fireplace.
We have a new favorite hotel in the Buffalo area, and certainly a new favorite Williamsville lodging option. Fantastic stay in February.
The location is excellent, a very quick straight line drive from all that Williamsville has to offer. I wouldn't describe it as a walkable neighborhood strictly because of the 40-45 mph zone it sits in.
It may have been because it was February and there wasn't a ton going on locally, but this is one of the quieter hotels I've been to in a long time. The lobby is really nice, and was never busy, and the room was incredibly quiet. We didn't hear other people, TV's, anything. I'm sure it's busier in the summer time, but this was an excellent stay for relaxing.
The room was really nice, well appointed and spotless. The bed was beyond comfortable. The front desk team was friendly and accommodating. I got everything I asked for, extra pillows, water, and utensils for a dessert we brought back from a local restaurant. They didn't do the "thanks for being gold elite" thing, but who cares.
I could even see the EV chargers from my room. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Williamsville.
