Checked out as soon as we saw the room because it was that bad.

Nothing. Checked out immediately upon seeing the room.

Cons:

It was disgusting. Burns in the blanket bathroom floor was awful, chair was covered with stains. I could go on.

I only slept at hotel because it was not inviting at all. Only met one employee that was nice.
Pros:

It was located in a good spot.

Cons:

The stairs and landing was rusted out. The railing upstairs across front was broke. The pool had tiles missing. The rooms were dirty from bathrooms to beds. The water was brown. The breakfast wasn’t what they advertised. That’s just for starters.

Absolutely nothing!!

Cons:

I had to go through 3 rooms just to get partial AC. Front desk clerk didn’t even speak, only nodded. I reserved a double queen room non smoking, they were not queen beds, they were full size beds that was hard as a rock. My bedspreads had cigarette burn holes all in them. Only 2 towels. Pool hours are false, pool gate says 9am-10pm however they only open the pool when they find it convenient. Breakfast was an absolute joke, honey buns are not for breakfast. Furniture was busted up. Tv had a crack in it and no remote. Oh and drug users in parking lot cause 4 police cars to show up and police banging on doors at midnight. Very unsafe and definitely false advertising as nothing looks like the picture. Run far from this place.
