Room: Spacious and very comfortable. Rooms are well-equipped with a large bed and complimentary minibar. Cleanliness and overall maintenance are excellent.
Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices.
The hotel facilities and location were excellent. However, the guest welcome and check-in experience were not up to the expected standard. The reception staff could have been more warm, attentive, and welcoming upon arrival.

Hôtel was nice and next to a shopping center. Room service staff bringing food were amazing and so professional.
Réception staff was very arrogant and very cold compare other cities I tried in china. The receptionist girl were not professional and always laughing at the réception like constantly. Very weird for an hôtel of this kind..
Such an amazing hotel! I stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The gym and spa are excellent — super clean, modern, and very well equipped. The breakfast is absolutely top-notch, with an incredible variety of options for everyone.
The beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Some employees speak English and some do not, but it’s very easy to communicate using a translation app on your phone. I also loved the café next to the lobby — they serve really great coffee. I will definitely come back to this hotel!
Becareful with laundry is EXTREMELY expensive!
