Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The friendly staff, clean room and great breakfast. Its gym was very convenient too.

Not many shops around because of the subway construction.

Pros:

The hotel is beautifully located next to the metro, the city centre and directly across from a beautiful lush walking park and lake filled with gold fish and wetland marsh vegetation creating an amazing scenery.

Nie polecamy hotelu.
Pros:

Lokalizacja przeciętna, korzystalismy z taksówek, aby dostac sie do wybranych miesjc.

Cons:

Zarezerwowalismy pokój dla trzech osób. Ponieważ nie był dostępny na czas (musielismy zmeczeni tułać się po lobby, a ponieważ nie zanosiło sie na szybki check in również po mieście dla "zabicia" czasu), to w ramach "rekompensaty" dostaliśmy pokój o podwyższonym standardzie. Kiedy z ulga przekroczyliśmy jego próg okazało się, że dla trzech osób (rodzice + dorosła córka) jest w nim jedno podwójne łóżko i mała nierozkładana sofka/szezlong. Zadzwonilismy do recepcji. Kierownik nie widział problemu, bo (uwaga!!!!) sniadanie będzie dla 3 osób!!!! Logika, której nie potraflismy pojąć. Po dłuższej wymianie zdań obiecano nam dodatkowe łóżko, pod warunkiem dopłacenia do pokoju 200 juanów (nieco ponad 100zł). Ponieważ nie chcielismy sie na to zgodzić (pokój został juz opłacony dla 3 osób), wymiana zdań trwała... Wreszcie, kierownik łaskawie zgodził się na dostawienie rozkładanego łóżka, ale tylko dlatego, że nasz pobyt trwał tylko 1 noc. Znowu ta logika... Zeby nam nie było niewygodnie, czy zbyt wygodnie...? Nie wiemy.
I: argument, że nie dostaniemy pokoju na czas, bo mają w nim swoich "cennych" gości do nas nie przemówił.

If you are a tourist there are more interesting areas and more charming options to stay in Chengdu
Pros:

Comfortable rooms at a good price in central Chengdu.

Cons:

Whilst the rooms are newly renovated, some parts of the hotel still need renovation such as the breakfast room. Also, the pool was under renovation when we were there. The vibe is mainly that of a business hotel rather than a luxurious Sheraton. Also, location in town, whilst being central, it´s not right where you want to be as a tourist in Chengdu (a couple of metro stops away).

Hablan inglés.desatuno bufé variado.

Cons:

Habitaciones anticuadas y pequeñas para ser un 5 estrellas.. baño pequeño,sin bañera ni bidet.
Los alrededores no son turísticos , hay que caminar un buen rato para llegar a puntos de interés o coger didi que por suerte es muy barato.
