Overall loved room and location. The few bad experiences lowered my overall rating
Pros:

Room was excellent. Most staff were excellent.

Cons:

Room cleaning was great first night but declined during the stay. Garbage was not removed windows not cleaned Dirty towels and not enough as requested. Sheets were thrown in bed and things not removed before sheets pulled up. Had issue with breakfast at buffet. Made reservation for 930. They forgot us and we were not seated until almost an hour later. No compensation offered for the mistake in forgetting to seat us. Also was told on checkin about the discounted rate for breakfast. This was not done. Found out when I checked out I needed coupon which was not offered.

Rien car le service était du n importe quoi di il n y avait l intervention d une responsable nommée Eva Lucie qui a remis un peu les pondules à lheure,j allais changer l etablissrment

Cons:

Sur le site de l etablissement ça dit oarking gratuit et on m a chargé 130$ pour 3 jours.

It was overall pleasant close to everything

The location was excellent for walking about town.

Cons:

The staff failed to mention that we needed a reservation for the buffet even though we prepaid at the front desk. We had to get a Refund issued.

Très beau logement, haut de gamme avec une très belle vue
Pros:

Très belle chambre avec vue sur les 2 chutes (à notre demande), lits confortables, belle salle de bain, propre, douche agréable
Parking : il faut se garer sur le parking public à l’arrière de hôtel, ne pas s’arrêter au prix noté sur l’affiche, il faut prendre le ticket et l’amener à la réception de l’hôtel. Ensuite le prix est de 50 CAD hors taxe du moment où vous avez mis la voiture jusqu’au lendemain 00h

Cons:

Manque une fontaine à eau car dans le couloir n’est disponible qu’un micro-onde et une machine à glaçon
