What a view…..
Pros:

Most amazing location in Niagara Falls. Worth the extra money to get an amazing view of the falls. The actual hotel was awesome, very clean and friendly staff. Used valet parking which was about $70 a night. Didn’t need the car as it’s only a 10 minute walk to everything Niagara. Highly recommended

Cons:

I am disappointed that we were charged 100 dollars extra without being in informed at the time of booking or at the time.of check-in at the hotel. The room was explicitly booked for 4 adults and a 2 year old toddler and we paid accordingly.
When I called the hotel to check on the $100 extra charge, all I got was a verbal apology. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Beautiful views. Expect to pay more than what Bookings says.
Pros:

The view from our room was amazing, couldn't ask for better. Being able to open the outside door and listen to the sound of the falls was so peaceful, I didn't want to leave. When the falls were lit up and fireworks were going, it was the best view from the 14th floor. The spa and indoor pool was literally right next door which was very convenient though we didn't have time to use them with everything we had planned. Hotel has just about everything you could want, it attaches to the casino, Waterpark, hard rock café, arcade, distillery, brewery, rainforest café, and just a walk away from everything. Highly recommended this hotel for location and ease of access to everything.

Cons:

Extra charges. When checking the Invoice, it looks like I paid about $115 more than what bookings said I was going to pay, an that didn't include parking. Parking prices are a little too high, I can see it being maybe $25 or $30 per day, but it was $50 plus tax per day! They should offer a parking package at a reduced price at the least. It also looks like I paid $60 dollars more for "additional occupancy" which was my 2 year old even though thats how many people I booked for on bookings so I thought that was odd.

Wonderful location to visit Niagara
Pros:

Location, kind and helpful staff, wonderful view of waterfalls

Cons:

Breakfast and restaurant quality were poor, except view from the location, which you may from your room also, does not worth at all. We asked nice deserts with fancy names and got vanilla and chocolate ice cream with no other ingredients mentioned in menu.

Room was clean,bed was as comfortable. We wish we knew it was a lock off room would not have chosen it and would have been nice to be offered an upgrade being a bonvoy member as this is our third time staying here.

A wonderful, perfect hotel!!
Pros:

Even though my English isn't very good, the staff kindly guided me through the check-in process and explained everything with great patience. Furthermore, the room was absolutely perfect and truly impressed both my spouse and me. We are filled with nothing but gratitude. Thank you so very much!
