В отеле приветствовать посететиля не только на ресепшене, но и в номере. Хочется чувствовать важност

Завтрак достойный. Не хватало легкого супа.

Cons:

Не понравилось то , что в номере Люкс за $715 не было тапочек, халатов, туалетной бумаги. Благодарим ресепшен, сразу отреагировали на замечание ( Аgnos). Все принесли в номер.
Забронировали ужин в Итальянском ресторане. Нас встретили недружелюбно. Узнав о том что мы из Украины, отношение ухудшилось. Неприятная дискриминация. Низкий профессионализм администратора ресторана. Очень приветлива была девушка бармен. Благодаря ее вниманию и заботе можно оценить обслуживание на 4 из 5. У нас была годовщина свадьбы, но радости из за данных ситуаций мы не испытывали. В ресторане не хватает живой музыки.

Beds were comfy. Very close to everything so it was nice to be able to walk.

Cons:

On the website, it's it that is too good in a couch.When we arrived, there was no couch, so we had to pay extra for the cot to be brought in.The shower had hair in it, there was hair on the floor there was pad, a rapper by the garbage... i asked the front desk if there was any random machines in the hotel.She said, no !!!! Go to circle K.

Nous avions une nuit avec petit dej inclus que nous avons pas pu prendre , car il y avait une heure d attentte... nous pouvions absolument pas atrendre car nous avions un rdv aprés..
Ce n est absolument pas possible d attendre 1heure pour un petit dejeuner., il faut prévenir de prendre un créneau pour pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location and the aesthetically pleasing rooms. Everything else was a complete disappointment.
Before you can even check in, you have to drive through the parking area located right next to the garbage collection zone. Your first impression is the overwhelming “aroma” of trash - not exactly the luxury experience you’d expect.
Then, if you’re as unlucky as I was, you’ll be greeted by an incredibly rude receptionist who treats helping guests as if she’s doing them a personal favor and has no interest in providing actual customer service.
The breakfast is average at best - I’d give it 3 out of 5. The only thing that somewhat redeems it is the view from the restaurant, but even that isn’t worth it.
To top it off, you won’t feel comfortable leaving without being pressured to tip for the persistent offers to pour you coffee that you never wanted and don’t even drink.
I’m very glad I stayed for only one night. I won’t choose this hotel chain again, anywhere.

Great Location, But Misrepresented Room/View
Cons:

Great location, but my Deluxe Fallsview King room did not match the listing. The view was significantly obstructed by a permanent green structure outside the window/balcony, and the room lacked the advertised couch/sitting area. I reported it during my stay, but no remedy was provided. Booking.com said they tried to negotiate compensation, but Sheraton refused a refund, so I disputed the appropriate portion through my credit card.
