Great location and staff, but very dated. Your Sheraton in Toronto airport is hands down much much better and cleaner!

The room was very spacious and located on a very high floor, with an absolutely incredible view of Niagara Falls. The view from the window was simply breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room itself was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

The only major downside was the elevators. At times, we had to wait more than 20 minutes just to go downstairs, with long lines and very slow service. This was quite frustrating.

However, the spectacular view of Niagara Falls made up for the inconvenience. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Famózní výhled
Pros:

Zakoupili jsme horní patro s výhledem na vodopády a to se určitě vyplatilo, protože zážitek z toho je parádní, Pozorovat vodopády přes den, ale také v noci (osvětlené, ohňostroj) byl zážitek na celý život. Parkování snadné.

Pros:

La situation géographique de l'hôtel et la vue sur les chutes depuis notre chambre.

Cons:

Parfois un peu compliqué d'avoir un ascenseur mais c'est compréhensible compte tenu de la taille de l'établissement.
