The hotel charged an excessively high amount for just one night. The rate was unreasonable and far higher than expected.

Upon check-in, the hotel imposed approximately $300 in additional charges that were not clearly disclosed during the booking process. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com adequately informed us of these extra fees before payment was taken.

As a result, the final amount charged was substantially higher than the advertised booking price. This lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable. Had these additional charges been properly disclosed in advance, we would have reconsidered our reservation or explored other accommodation options.

I request a full explanation of these charges and appropriate compensation or reimbursement for any amounts that were improperly or inadequately disclosed.

This experience has significantly affected my confidence in both the hotel and Booking.com, and I hope this matter will be reviewed and resolved promptly.

Sheraton delivers! A great Niagara hotel looking at the falls!
Pros:

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable with helpful staff.

Cons:

Parking is not close and hard to get luggage to and from hotel. I think would be hard for older adults.

Great location but room wasn’t right and staff interaction was unpleasant.
Pros:

Great location and the falls view room had a great view of the American Falls

Cons:

We booked a room for five people and there were only beds for four. When we queried this we were told the hotel was full and the only option was a camp bed which we would have to pay extra for. The staff member we spoke with about this said it was something we had to deal with as it was booked through a third party.

Pleasant stay overall
Pros:

Location was central to Falls and other amenities. Rooms seemed to be renovated from prior times we stayed, so it felt fresher and cleaner.

Cons:

Rooms are tighter for family of 4. Parking lot is a far walk, not easy when you are bringing belongings back and forth. Our view was disappointing as we had a building below us and blocked our city view.
