The location is amazing
The lobby was so hot - the hotel is not well air conditioned, the hot water was not working on Day 1, and the elevator was not working.
Staff was amazing and our room had a stunning view
The elevators were a mess. At checkout, after waiting 45 minutes for an elevator to take all the luggage down I got fed up and ended up carrying my whole families luggage down multiple flights of stairs.
La vue : nous avons beaucoup hésité entre la vue des chutes américaines ou canadiennes, et entre l’étage. Ça change quand même la vue mais le prix aussi 💸. Au final la vue chutes américaines est déjà suffisante et incroyable pour en profiter et pour profiter du feu d’artifice depuis la chambre.
Avoir 2 fauteuils et un canapé dans la chambre au bord des baies vitres c’est top pour profiter de la vue.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. Le meilleur de nos hôtels canadiens. Nous sommes arrivés quasi à 8h et avons eu une table avec vue complète : ça vaut le coup de se lever « tôt ».
La piscine : en fin d’après-midi c’est un no-go, mais en profiter le matin avant le check-out, il n’y a personne.
La localisation : clairement l’un des meilleurs hôtels pour accéder rapidement à la jetée pour se promener et admirer les chutes, l’accès piéton au USA à 200m et la vie « fête foraine » et restaurants divers juste en arrière de l’hôtel.
La salle de bain est vieillotte et pas du niveau du reste.

Was a loud noise while using the hot water in the bath. Maintenance came to check it but it persisted.

Location and view of the falls. I booked two rooms. Room on the 7th floor had a fair view of falls, on 20th floor you had to look around a wall to see the horseshoe falls.
Elevators were awful, it was dirty. I most disliked the craziness of the place. The food was overpriced and terrible, our floor smelled like bacon.
