Bel emplacement mais déçu de pas avoir tout inclus

L’emplacement est parfait face au Nil, le personnel est très gentil, la nourriture du room service excellente avec de bonnes quantités

Cons:

Tout n’était pas compris, il faut payer 22€ en plus pour CHAQUE repas et 10€ pour le petit déjeuner. C’est dommage pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Même les boissons au bar n’étaient pas comprises, dès que l’on veut un truc, nous devions payer en plus, même pour l’eau. En sachant que nous avons eu d’autres hôtel en Égypte aussi 5 étoile avec un super emplacement avec TOUT compris même les snack, glaces, cocktails… un peu déçu de cet hôtel malgré tout

Mi è piaciuto tutto: il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, il servizio è stato eccellente e la vista sul fiume Nilo è semplicemente magica. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione per visitare Luxor e ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Se torneremo in futuro, sceglieremo sicuramente questa struttura ancora una volta.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa riguarda l'henné tattoo offerto in hotel. Mi era stato detto che sarebbe durato circa due settimane, ma dopo soli tre giorni era già quasi completamente scomparso. L'ho pagato circa 20 € e, avendo già fatto tatuaggi all'henné in passato che sono durati davvero circa due settimane, sono rimasta molto delusa dalla qualità del prodotto utilizzato. Per questo motivo non lo consiglio.

Bellissima struttura niente da dire, perdibili gentili e disponibili, consigliata.
Pros:

Struttura molto pulita e carina dalla vista. I personali sono pure tanto gentili, tanto gradito che ci hanno portati un bicchiere di succo per benvenuto. Posizione molto bella con vista sul fiume, ma fuori come zona nn è tanto confortevole.

Cons:

Colazione un po’ pena, costa tanto ed nn è buona. La scelta per cibo è poca, ci sono ristoranti che sono aperti solo di sera, quindi di mezzogiorno c’è poco da mangiare.

1 staff at the breakfast buffet called Mahmoud was kind, hospitable and attentive. When late check-out was requested it was granted.

Cons:

Hair under pillow and on towel. Bad smell coming from the bathroom, on and off. Old rooms. WiFi on and off. Staff who were supposed to greet you and take your room number were busy chatting until you waited for them to find time to get the room number. The "captains" for the boats inside the hotel, needs to be managed by them; they dont have set prices and bargain like they're in a bazaar. They requested 20 dollars from me for a 5 minute cross to the other side. Even in dubai I paid 2$ for a longer ride.

Pros:

El hotel si bien no es tan moderno, tiene sus años, se mantiene en perfecto estado. La pieza era cómoda y muy limpia. Nos hicieron check in antes de la hora programada, lo cual fue muy bueno, Katherine se portó muy bien con nosotros. La zona de la piscina y jardines muy bonitos. La comida muy buena de desayuno y cena. El personal se portó increíble con nosotros, todos muy amables y atentos, se preocuparon de mi cuando estuve enferma, me gestionaron compra por delivery con una farmacia local, y me daban miel y limón para hacerme té en la habitación. Todo excelente. Wifi funcionando perfecto.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría es el aire acondicionado, era un poco difícil de regular, por ser antiguo el sistema.

Cons:

El buffet, poca variedad si vas con Media pensión o pensión completa. En cambio si pagas el menú allí te incluyen más cosas, como las bebidas y más variedad de alimentos (como la barbacoa). Creo que los que vamos con media pensión ya hemos pagado por ese menú y me parece muy decepcionante que hagan eso en una cadena de hoteles de esa categoría

This resort is amazing. The room with Nile view. Location great with lovely views of the Nile. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Very welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of Egypt.
