Super hôtel
Pros:

Personnel agréable. Restaurant délicieux. Surclassement offert. Vue avec sunset incroyable.

Cons:

Excellent location, tour company was brilliant, friendly staff
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, good food choices and location. Easy to use Nasco tours at the hotel I had arranged the tours before hand and paid at the hotel who were excellent.

Cons:

Aircon was loud and gave bed covers when it was 45 degrees but requested sheets and they were delivered straight away.

Nice hotel by the Nile. Garden pool was my fav facility. Staff by the lobby was very kind.

Cons:

I would suggest adding a water filter in the lobby or common areas, since in a city that is +40C you need constant water and you are just given 2 small bottles per room. Then, guests are forced to buy countless plastic bottles, creating unnecessary waste.
Installing filtered water refill stations in common areas would be a much more eco-friendly and responsible solution.

Volvería sin dudas hotel increíble!
Pros:

Habitaciones cómodas, comida de buena calidad muy completa, ubicaciones, hay barcos que salen desde el hotel. Atención excelente del personal. Piscina impecable.

El aire acondicionado es fijo de los antiguos.

Pros:

It was quiet and calm. Location is perfect and unique. House keeping was so much helpful and polite. Reception was professional with a wounderfull smile.

Breakfast was so crowded and the staff was discussing loudly in front of the guest.

The best place in Luxor
Pros:

Our stay at Steigenberger Achti Luxor was wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, an amazing location overlooking the Nile, and a very relaxing environment. But what made our experience truly special was the incredible hospitality from Sandy, Yasmin, Youstina and Magda. They were always kind, attentive, professional and made us feel genuinely welcome. I traveled from Chile with my first group to Egypt and they helped make this experience unforgettable. Thank you for your warmth, care and dedication. We hope to come back very soon.
