The rooms are stunning, the atmosphere is unmatched, and the overall experience feels elevated from the moment you arrive. We hosted an event on property and it exceeded every expectation. A special thank you to Jennifer, who went above and beyond the day of. She was attentive, professional, and made everything run seamlessly. The Chifley team clearly takes pride in what they do and it shows. We cannot wait to be back and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice Houston experience.

A great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at The Chifley! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Comfortable, clean. Had all the amenities. A great place to stay while you are in Houston! Highly recommend!

Best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time!! 5 stars!
Pros:

This was by far one of the most convient, clean & friendly hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!!! The staff was great and anything we needed was at our door within 5 -10 mins. The atmosphere was great and my husband & I truly enjoyed our bartender (Jennifer) & I hope she’s still our bartender when we return because she really studies her guest and knows exactly what you like and how you like it👌🏾😁oh and she makes the Best strawberry lemon drop I’ve ever tasted! Our room was very spacious and clean and I have not one complaint! Thanks for such a great stay😁👌🏾

Pros:

The hotel was great! I was there to do promotions and Jennifer help us out. She was literally the best. Very attentive and sweet. The restaurant at the hotel was so good. I will be back!

Good location but terrible hotel staff
Pros:

The location is good as it is close to galleria mall. Also, the rooms were a nice size even though the lighting was harsh. I have to rate the hotel poorly for one main reason. The rooms don’t have a microwave so I requested one multiple times and was ignored. The microwave was never brought to my room. The hotel check in was also slow and not welcoming. I would never stay at this hotel again. The staff need to be retrained on hospitality.

Great location , nice clean attractive hotel and rooms !
Pros:

We travel to Houston often. Always looking for a decent centrally located hotel that offers self parking , a restaurant, a decent size room with modern decor, a decent size bathroom and comfortable beds and pillows . Suite rooms are always a plus but harder to find nice ones that don’t cost a fortune . The Chifley checks all these boxes . The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were awesome ! Even the couch and couch pillows were comfortable! The only thing I would change is putting a shave bar foot rest in the shower for us ladies, a microwave , and installing better quality more reliable larger refrigerators. Ours froze all our water bottles during our stay , was very hard to get the temperature just right to avoid the refrigerator getting too warm and unsafe to store food . The restaurant staff was really very speedy and take out was very easy and quick .

Perfect comfortable and well appointed business base

Great location and facilities, all suite rooms are perfect for business with lounge and working area with kitchenette and separate bedroom, very quiet and comfortable, staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and professional. First time in Texas and the staff here certainly gave a great welcome and impression. Very good value
