Very nice hotel very nice location
Pros:

Came in town for a wedding which was being held at the Omni, but decided to stay here instead. The rooms are great. They’re like suites. The bar and restaurant are really nice and everybody at the front desk and in the whole place could not have been nicer and in a great location. You can walk all around the Galleria area with great restaurants and shops. I’m glad we stayed here.

Best customer service
Pros:

The entire team has made us feel like home. We were here for a long business trip, and they really took care of us to make this place a home away from home. Also I am normally never impressed with hotel restaurants, but they are something else, each dish was delicious and I will forever miss the tuna salad!

Wonderful experience.
Pros:

Give Joy Foundation & Resource Center had a wonderful experience hosting our meeting at this hotel. The facility was clean, welcoming, and provided a great atmosphere for our gathering. The food was outstanding—I especially enjoyed the beet and burrata salad, as well as the scallops and risotto. Both dishes were beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The staff was professional and accommodating, helping to make our meeting a success. We are grateful for their hospitality and look forward to returning in the future.
