We had a junior suite do it was nice to have a separate den.
Needs a remodel on the rooms. Very dated. Pricey for what we got. A little further away from St James Cathedral than we preferred.
Great central location with good value parking. Sensible bar prices. Interesting foyer full of original art work
Disappointed that the pool area was closed despite it being the end of May and the weather was hot! We were also given an interconnecting room with noisy neighbours. Perhaps this should’ve been offered as we would have declined!

Nichts, es hat definitiv keine 5 Sterne, der Bau sieht von außen heruntergekommen aus, das Personal ist extrem unterschiedlich gut, meistens völlig uninteressiert.
Das Frühstück findet in einer „Bahnhofshallen-Atmosphäre“ statt und war das mit Abstand heruntergekommendste ever. Eurostars sollte sich von diesem Kasten schnell trennen. Nie wieder, der Preis ist eine Frechheit. Natürlich ging auch die Klimaanlage nicht.

Saubere Suite. Der Balkon und die Aussicht, laden nicht zum verweilen ein.
Den Pool, haben wir wohl über den Zimmerpreis mitbezahlt, konnten von diesem, aber keinen Gebrauch machen. Der Pool, war closed!
