Pros:

Buena ubicación para ir al centro a pie. Calles con muchos comercios y restauración. Habitación muy amplia y limpia. Cafetera y minibar.

Cons:

La piscina es extremadamente pequeña en un patio interior también pequeño donde dan las ventanas de todos los edificios de alrededor. La salida a la piscina en la primera planta está por detrás de unas escaleras de incendios. Un servicio añadido para aumentar el número de prestaciones del hotel. En general la decoración es antigua. Cafetera en la habitación. Dos cápsulas para tres personas, sin cucharilla ni azúcar que no se repone al consumirlo. Son detalles que en otro hotel y de otra categoría no hubiera remarcado pero que en este caso no se corresponde para nada a lo esperado de un Eurostars de 5 estrellas.

It was the perfect place to spend 2 days at the end of our Camino.
Pros:

Everything. Close to the Cathedral Square. Nice pool to cool down in. Great breakfast. Close to shops and supermarkets. Quiet location.

The hotel was clean and the room was a good size. Nice staff.

Cons:

The hotel is okay but it is overrated. How is it possible that a 5-star hotel has the restaurant closed for dinner?! No meals provided!!! While the room was okay, the lack of dining services is unacceptable for this category.
So we went to the cafeteria, which turned out to be of poor quality and lacked variety. It is essentially just a bar serving sandwiches made with packaged sliced bread and some omelets. Although the waiter tried his absolute best and made a real effort, he was completely alone. The bar got crowded (football night), and he simply couldn't manage everything by himself.
