Teleurstellend
Pros:

De grootte van de kamers, het ontbijt.

Cons:

Bij de ontvangst voelden wij ons niet welkom. Er was geen bar, en als je bij het zwembad wilde zitten werd er moeilijk gedaan. De drankjes moet je halen in de ontbijtzaal. Verder was de kamer niet schoon, er stond nog shampoo van de vorige mensen en er lagen haren in het bidet. Verder is het hotel vergane glorie en al zeker geen 5 sterren waardig.

Trotz kleiner Mängel empfehlenswert, da Lage und Zimmer sehr gut
Pros:

Lage perfekt:400 m zur Altstadt, 700 m zur Kathedrale.
Sehr großes, zwar etwas altmodisch aber elegantes Interieur.
Parken im Haus( 15 € ) zu empfehlen
Lokale, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden

Cons:

5* etwas zu hoch gegriffen da Sauberkeit und Frühstückspersonal verbesserungsfähig.
Trotzdem empfehlenswert.
Unmöglich das "Caffee" am Nachmittag. Es gibt nichts außer Getränken!!!!!

Pros:

Ubicación del Hotel y trato de todo el personal

Cons:

Servicio de habitaciones, el primer día había dos botes del baño (gel de ducha y casi vacío el de jabón de manos) gastados nada más llegar, y el segundo día cuando nos hicieron la habitación, no nos dejaron toallas.
Además, se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle por la noche a pesar de tener la habitación en una cuarta planta (recogida de basura y personas en la calle, además de la discoteca que está enfrente del hotel)y también el resto de habitaciones( ruidos de huéspedes al habitar), y bajantes del baño muy ruidosos.

Everything about the hotel itself was superb. I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.

Cons:

Confusion over a change in party size. This had been confirmed with Booking.com weeks previously, however the hotel concierge stated he hadn’t been informed of any change and refused to change the room numbers. On check out the billing showed the 3 rooms whicb had been booked, but stated a single room had been requested on check in. This was not the case, as the guest in question had not even spoken to the concierge. I decided to take this up with booking.com after the holiday, to prevent spoiling the day for all.

Lovely hotel, centrally located, close to the bazz of Santiago.
Cons:

Great location and room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was average for a nice hotel.

Ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles tant pour le prix que pour les prestations. Hôtel qui doit être rénové. Chambre et salle de bain d un autre temps. Pas très propre. Moquette dans les couloirs à remplacer. Vitres des chambres sales…..
