The hotel’s location is excellent; there is a public beach right across the road, where an umbrella and a sunbed cost 7 euros. There are also some very good restaurants and ice cream shops nearby.
For example, the lady who cleaned the room tidied it up very nicely every day, and since the floors were stone, she mopped them daily. This service was excellent.

Cons:

However, the dining area is quite chaotic—as soon as someone leaves a table, the waiters rush to clear it, sometimes tossing down napkins and cutlery rather carelessly. While some staff members are attentive, others certainly are not. The variety of food is decent; meat, fish, and chicken are served every single evening. A major issue throughout the Malaga region is that nearly 80% of the people do not speak a single word of English.

Would definitely recommend it and stay again if you can get room only.
Pros:

The hotel is very big with lots of room and the pool is fantastic,spotless clean and cleaning staff are very friendly plus the sea view is lovely

The food,plenty of it but no flavour and just mass produced,but I guess they so many people to be fed,would be nice to have a choice of a different dining experience

Pros:

The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated.

The reception staff were polite, respectful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

The staff at the egg station during breakfast were particularly friendly and pleasant. The restaurant staff were also attentive, kind, and very quick to clear used plates, which made the dining experience more comfortable.

Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness of the pools and the friendly attitude of the hotel staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the food quality and variety, particularly at breakfast, were the most disappointing aspects of our stay.

The breakfast buffet offered very limited variety. For example, there were only two types of cheese: sliced cheese and cheese cubes. Adding a few more options would have made a significant difference. Surprisingly, olives were not available, despite being widely available in the country.

The freshness and presentation of the food also need improvement. The cucumbers often appeared old and not particularly fresh. The fruit was presented rather carelessly, especially the watermelon, which was cut and arranged in a very untidy way.

In a city famous for its oranges, it was surprising to find that the oranges served were extremely dry and lacked freshness. The bananas were also in very poor condition, and I even experienced vomiting on the day I ate one.

The juices were excessively sweet, with what seemed to be a very high sugar content. The tea glasses were also unnecessarily small.

Another disappointing point was lunch, where neither water nor juices were included or freely available. This was unexpected and should have been communicated more clearly.

One final issue occurred on our departure day. We were not aware that an early breakfast before 7:30 AM could be arranged if requested the previous day. At around 7:00 AM, I asked reception whether an early breakfast would be possible, but I was simply told that it should have been requested the day before. While I understand that advance notice may be required, I believe the receptionist could at least have contacted the kitchen to check whether anything could still be arranged. A little flexibility and willingness to help would have been appreciated, especially on a departure morning.

Overall, although the staff were generally friendly and the pools were clean, the food quality, freshness, presentation, and variety were below our expectations.
