Pros:

The hotel made some upgrade for the kids slides, the entertainment for the kids, the staff was fantastic , although I would prefer if they spoke more English, but they are super nice, helpful, creative and VERY DEDICATED.. I would prefer if the evening entertainment fpr kids was slightly earlier before 9pm. All the staff of the hotel, from.reception, maids, kitchen ,waiters , animation are super nice !!!.

Pros:

A primera línea de playa. Muy buen precio. El personal muy amable. La comida muy fresca y rica. Me encantó que la hicieran en el momento y a la vista. Muy buena limpieza, y en especial a las camareras de piso. Agradecer a la que me tocó en mi planta, se me olvidó preguntarle si nombre (planta 3, habitación 1315), que fue muy profesional, apañada y agradable. 4 piscinas, muchas actividades, en especial para los niños. Lo único que algo masificado y complicado pillar sombra en las zonas de hamacas. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Cons:

Lo saturado, sobre todo en las zonas de hamacas de las piscinas Oasis. Pero aún así decir positivo que, aunque saturada esa zona, siempre había hamacas suficientes y espacio en las zonas de alrededor de las piscinas que dan a la playa. Y en la zona de comedor siempre hubo mesa libre y variedad de comida porque se la pasaban reponiendo y haciendo más.

Buena ubicación pero escasas entradas/salidas.

La ubicación ,cercana a la playa.

Cons:

No tiene nada más que una entrada principal al hotel y una puerta de salida a la playa,si estás alojado en la parte de las piscinas tienes que dar toda la vuelta al hotel para salir ,para ir al desayuno,para ir a la playa.....
Además solo cuenta en realidad con 1 restaurante que para pasar 5 noches se hace monótono.
Las cucharillas de postre hay que andar con ojo porque nunca hay.
El personal de 10.

Me robaron un bolso y pude recuperar el bolso en la comisaría pero perdí llaves de coche tarjetas de crédito dinero en efectivo y solicité un rembolso de algunos días al hotel ya que tuve que irme antes de la fecha por motivos del robo no podía estar tranquilo sabiendo que alguien tiene la llaves del coche y estoy sin respuesta del hotel ya han pasado una semana y sin respuesta

Remek, csak ajánlani tudom.
Pros:

Kiválló reggeli és vacsora volt. Mindennap takarítanak , törölközőt cserélnek. A strandoláshoz biztosítanak külön törölközőket.

Gran complejo psra vacaciones en familia
Pros:

El personal es atento, en especial el servicio de habitaciones que era muy amable y servicial. Todo estaba muy limpio y las instalaciones están muy bien, las piscinas geniales para ir con niños, con acceso directo a la playa, un complejo amplio para estar a gusto. Las comidas variadas y de calidad.
