Pros:

Os quartos familiares tem bom espaço e são bem confortáveis.
O pequeno almoço e o jantar tem uma boa seleção. Optamos por meia pensão e não por tudo incluído para podermos aproveitar a gastronomia local, em restaurantes com tapas espanholas, excelentes e bem perto do hotel.
A piscina é excelente, enorme e com uma envolvente muito bonita.
A equipa é muito simpática, sempre com um sorriso, em todas as áreas do hotel.
Chegamos mais cedo que a hora do check-in, para deixar a mala, e isso não foi nenhum problema para a equipa, fizeram logo o check-in e deram-nos o quarto, mesmo sendo mais cedo que o previsto.
Muito gratos por tudo, recomendamos muito.

Cons:

Existe a regra no hotel de não reservar espreguiçadeiras na piscina, mas a maioria não respeita.
Pela manhã já deixam tudo reservado, durante todo o dia, pelo que é muito difícil encontrar uma livre e um guarda-sol é um verdadeiro achado.
Sugeria aumentar a área de espreguiçadeiras e ter mais sombra com mais estruturas fixas, mas de maior dimensão que as atuais, que são bonitas, mas são rapidamente ocupadas, por serem escassas.
Ou controlarem a regra da não ocupação...é um ponto de stress chegar à piscina, nunca ter lugar e ver todas as toalhas estendidas nas espreguiçadeira s, sem ninguém, durante horas...seria simples, se a empatia estivesse presente e todos respeitassem a regra, mas o que vi durante uma semana leva-me a acreditar que esta regra, sem o controlo da mesma, é o mesmo que não existir.

Pros:

La habitación era muy pequeña, el baño tenía una humedad increíble con una mancha enorme en el techo, el mobiliario muy mal y el balcón daba a una zona interior con máquinas que habían mucho ruido y tiraban mucha calor, tuvimos que cancelar y no dormimos allí, nos devolvieron el dinero, había mucho turismo pero de borracheras.

Relaxed great entertainment amazing bar and entertainment staff
Pros:

The staff vibes in and around the pool always seem happy though you can see they work so hard in hot conditions

Cons:

The lifts were very slow but I appreciate it’s a busy time

Todo bien solo que hay puntos para arreglarlos

Cons:

Unos de los personales del buffet son un poco racistas ( una que pone gafas estab en la zona de la bebidas )
No sabe ni hablar con clientes habla como fuera que no éramos clientes
- la piscina la gente fuman sin que nadie habla con ellos ( me han molestado mucho que soy alergico y mi mujer esta embarazada no respetan a nadie mientras hay zona de fumar. Los personales auque quejas no hacen nada )
- muy difícil a encontrar parking y en el hotel es muy caro una noche 19 euros
Lo ademas perfecro
Si llevas desayuno y cena ( olvidate la bebidas de gaseosa) son para pagar aparte

Pros:

Del alojamiento me gustó mucho el equipo de animación, las piscinas y la habitación era bastante cómoda

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue que el día que salíamos y no tenían que limpiar hasta que no nos fuéramos pasaron a la habitación y abrieron la puerta sin llamar. Cuando dije que quién era se fueron corriendo sin pedir perdón y disculparse.
La comida estaba buena pero no había mucha variedad.
Tampoco me gustó que la playa que había cerca tenía muchas piedras y no podías pasarte dentro

Not the best hotel
Pros:

The pool was nice and clean and water was nice. The room was clean and spacious, got cleaned each day. The hotel location was good for myself as im disabled.

Cons:

The pool toilets didnt get cleaned for 2 days that I was aware of, checking took far to long, the swim up bar was slow and had an issue with one of the staff because I refused to pay for a warm drink that was sat on a tray for 20 mins, the breakfast was disgusting and the dinning room was messy and un inviting.

Great hotel, needs some refurb and make sure you follow the rules
Pros:

Fun place to be - lots going on entertainment team work so hard, food lovely

Cons:

Front desk people so unhelpful, rooms are unkept, cup situation is a joke and there are a lot of rules to follow.
