Pros:

Close to everything and really nice pool

Cons:

Rooms were just ok. We had no blankets on the beds and thr lifts were so soooooo slow

Hotel decente, piscina bonita pero muy mal gestionada
Pros:

El hotel está bien y la comida decente.
Muy cerca de la playa.

Cons:

El hotel está entregado a los ingleses, hacen lo que quieren en la piscina.
Hablando de la piscina: los socorristas son unos espantapájaros, no mueven un dedo si ven que hay niños empujándose en el borde, pero ojo si se te ocurre jugar con una pelota del tamaño de un puño, lamentable...

Pongo en bastante duda si limpian el agua y ni mucho menos el resto, si a algún incivilizado de las islas británicas se les cae cerveza o ensucian, tranquilo que no lo van a limpiar.

Pros:

Reception staff helpful and smiley
Bar staff were a bit grumpy

Large friendly hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Good location just off the main strip so not noisy. Amazing pool area.

Cons:

No tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The door to the room needs attention & the bathroom door, both very difficult to open/close.

A comida com pouca variedade e pouco sabor.
O pequeno-almoço almoço achei bastante razoável, mas o almoço e jantar não foi mau , mas precisa melhorar muito mais.

Pros:

Got the room and pool view i requested month ahead of arrival, pre digital check in was great. Breakfasts are brilliant and entire hotel is superb and worth the money. Pools are best in benidorm.

Cons:

Lifts are a bit outdated, small and often a queue for them. But otherwise no other concerns it was manageable

he ido varios años a este hotel y me parece muy recomendable

lo que mas me gusto fue el bar de la piscina , es una gozada sentarse en la piscina tomando una cerveza fresquita

Cons:

quizas culpa mia por no darme cuenta al hacer la reserva, pero no contar con una terraza en la habitacion no me gusto nada de nada

La habitación, al no tener balcón no se podía abrir a penas la ventana, ni tender y las vistas a un callejón hacia q no pudiéramos ver nada.
El baño estaba muy viejo, la mampara de la ducha iba mal y la cisterna igual.

For the price we paid the hotel and rooms were very dated. We paid for a three person room and the photos online showed a much bigger room and when we got there a camp bed was set up on the corner so very crowded.
Aircon was poor and leaked.
