Great holiday

Pros:

Tutto incredibile, dagli spazi esterni, alle camere spaziose e ai vari buffet. Personale splendido e disponibile.

Cons:

Un po’ lontano dal centro città ma avendo avuto la macchina non è stato un problema.

Estancia fabulosa, en este hotel para repetir.
Pros:

El hotel estaba impecable, la habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Asistí a un congreso que se realizaba alli mismo, y fue un acierto. Sala comoda, climatizada.. ademas allí mismo, tambien se organizaron las cenas tipo coctel en sus terrazas un espacio muy agradable con bonitas vistas y con catering adecuado en calidad y cantidad.
Sus instalaciones, restaurantes, cafeteria, y zona piscina geniales. Personal muy atento. Recomendable sin duda.

Très beau complexe hôtelier. Pas trop grand.
Belle piscine chauffée. De très belles chambres spacieuses modernes et confortables.
Très propre. Très grand choix pour le petit déjeuner..

Cons:

Pas de parking véhicule.
Hôtel calme donc, un peu loin du centre ville à pied.
Perso je préfère au bruit. Retour à l'hôtel du centre ville bonne montée à flanc de colline.

The hotel is well-equipped, and both the restaurant and the rooms are spotlessly clean

Cons:

When I presented my Radisson Rewards number, the receptionist told me they had registered me and that I was entitled to a 10% discount. However, when I was having dinner in the restaurant, the staff there told me that members were not entitled to any discount. I find this unacceptable; whether it was a miscommunication between staff members or some other reason, such an issue should not occur at a five-star resort hotel.

Petit 4 étoiles. Très très loin d’un 5 étoile. Il y a beaucoup d’améliorations à faire pour atteindre ce niveau

-Le buffet fait pitié. Un 5 étoile sérieusement ?? 4 plats sans saveurs qui se battent en duel
- pas de store dans la chambre. Réveillée tous les matins très tôt par la lumière du jour
- le personnel doit s’améliorer. Au Check out, personne ne me demande comment s’est passé mon séjour ? Ou si j’ai besoin de un taxi ? Le réceptionniste voulait juste se débarrasser de moi. Encore une fois, c’est ça un 5 étoile ??
- sur 5 plats proposés au repas du soir, 1 est étiqueté. Pour les autres bonnes chances pour savoir ce que vous mangez
- le pare douche est trop petit. Pendant votre douche vous arrosez le sol, le papier toilette et les WC

Pros:

La ubicación buenísima, cerca de todo. Se podía aparcar fácil a los alrededores. La habitación muy amplia y muy limpia, las camas súper cómodas y el desayuno completo y variado. Destacar la amabilidad de Jose, en recepción, muy profesional. Y del personal tanto del desayuno como de limpieza, muy amables y serviciales. La piscina estaba genial y el gimnasio muy completo. Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia, descansamos muy bien y volveremos. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Cons:

No haber podido quedarme más tiempo, pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento !!!!!! Nada malo que decir.

Parfait
Pros:

Tout etait parfait ! Super accueil a notre arrivee on nous a offert une coupe de proseco avant de nous accompagner jusqu'à notre chambre qui etait face a la piscine !
Chambre magnifique matelas super confortable petit déjeuner au top en terrasse vue sur le mont Teide .
Des places disponibles dans la rue pour garer la voiture
