Hemos tenido una experiencia muy agradable.
Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y son muy bonitas y cómodas. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del personal, que fue muy amable, atento y profesional en todo momento.

El hotel es excelente ( personal, limpieza, buffet,,,) aunque quizás deberían ofrecer actividades de ocio.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado realizar algún tipo de actividad como yoga ,ya que no requiere mucho espacio u otras que puedan adaptarse a las instalaciones del hotel.

Not a true five-star experience
Pros:

The swimming pool was a nice feature, although the water was rather cold. The room was also spacious, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it was quite dark and lacked natural light.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this hotel fell well short of the five-star experience we expected.
The lack of private parking was a major inconvenience. We spent approximately an hour every evening looking for a parking space, which was extremely frustrating and a significant waste of time.
The absence of insect screens was another serious issue. Our room was filled with insects, which considerably affected our comfort and overall experience.
We were also disappointed by the attitude of some reception staff, which was far from the level of courtesy and professionalism one would expect from a five-star property.
Overall, despite the resort having some positive aspects, the basic facilities and service did not justify the five-star rating in our experience. There is significant room for improvement, particularly when it comes to guest comfort, practical facilities and staff professionalism.

Un séjour décevant, sans saveurs !
Pros:

L'hôtel est entièrement rénové et bien propre.

Cons:

La qualité du service n'est pas là .
C'est pourtant ce qui caractérise un 5 étoiles.

Personnel de la réception peut coopératif sur les demandes clients.

Si vous voulez changer de chambre alors que vous ne l'avez même pas occupé, c'est 35 euros !

Le personnel de la cafétéria se permet des remarques désobligeantes aux clients (gare à vous si vous partez avec un croissant dans les mains lors du petit déjeuner).

Petit déjeuner bas de gamme avec des produits industriels (ayant l'habitude de 5 étoiles, je m'attendait à plus de qualité).

Si vous prenez une chambre standard vous serez soit côté rue avec vue sur la route, soit côté mur avec vue sur la machinerie. Dans un 5 étoiles, même une chambre standard doit être sympa vue son prix, sinon on va ailleurs moins cher avec une vue. On ne veut pas passer ses vacances avec un balcon qui donne sur la rue.

Hotel bien refait mais qui n'a aucune saveur, ni d'intérêt.

L'eau de la piscine est froide, dû au temps très nuageux.

L'acces à la ville à pied depuis l'hôtel est très difficile. Pas de trottoirs, quartier on l'on se sent pas trop en sécurité la nuit.

Cons:

Digamos que NO es un 5 estrellas… No hay nada malo como tal, pero si lo valoramos como un 5 estrellas, que es lo que supuestamente es, es muy justito.

Localización, instalaciones, piscina y tranquilidad que irradia. Las habitaciones son muy buenas y la cama excelente

La comida del Bar/Restaurante es mejorable, no está acorde con lo que propone el hotel y la calidad de las habitaciones

Le décor, l emplacement, le petit déjeuner, la chambre

Cons:

Pour notre anniversaire de mariage, on nous a proposé sans supplément financier, 1 balcon. Malheureusement, nous n’avons jamais pu y rester notre chambre donnait sur le moteur de Clim et cela était extrêmement bruyant.
D’autre part, les horaires de la piscine étaient limités en cette période de belle chaleur.
