Superbe établissement
Proche du centre ville à pieds
Le personnelle est au petit soins pour nous. Présence de nombreux équipent et attention pour les clients.

Splendido hotel
Pros:

Magnifico hotel, bellissima piscina, giardini meravigliosi, con piante di incredibile bellezza. Letto comodo, bella doccia; noi avevamo una camera di 30 mq, davvero grande e ben arredata. Carino Gabriel, il ragazzo alla reception che ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

La cena a buffet, assolutamente da migliorare. La distanza dal centro di Puerto de la Cruz che resta, a mio avviso, un luogo dove trascorrere un'oretta e nulla di più.

Pros:

Hôtel très beau et d’une propreté incroyable, prestation haut de gamme , literie très confort , terrasse agréable , le petit déjeuner est juste parfait avec un choix de qualité.

Cons:

Rien , hormis la piscine un peu froide mais je suis frileuse

Great, polite staff, good facilities, comfortable rooms. Well kept green territory.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was very poor. I've stayed 7 days, and all 7 days there were barely any fresh vegetables. Two types only: bland green salad and cucumbers. That's it! This breakfast is 3 star level, definitely not 5 star. This lack is reflected in all food groups. In fact it's the worse breakfast buffet at a hotel I've had in Tenerife, and I've been many times.
