Pros:

Stanza grande, letti oversize comodissimi e pulitissimi. Personale eccezionale. La posizione è perfetta se si vuole rimanere tra la zona moderna dell'oceanografico e del museo delle scienze e il centro. Ho apprezzato moltissimo l'attenzione alla sostenibilità ambientale. L'albergo non usa plastica, anche la card della camera è in legno riciclabile !

Cons:

La sala breakfast al piano seminterrato è un peccato perchè avrebbero a disposizione una sala ristorante bellissima e una terrazza meravigliosa! Inoltre l'accesso alla zona wellness è a pagamento e su prenotazione

5 estrellas?? Los platos sucios son inaceptables incluso en hoteles de una estrella.
Cons:

No es una experiencia 5 estrellas: Colas de espera para entrar a desayunar, platos sucios en las pilas del buffet (!!). Baño a reformar, madera podrida en los marcos. La limpieza cotidiana no incluya la mampara de la ducha (!!!)

Breakfast was very good, especially coffee. :)
The location is excellent. The size of the room and the cleanliness are as well. Kudos to the staff; they are very kind and ready to help. Due to a specific situation, they arranged an earlier breakfast for hotel guests on Sunday.

Cons:

The hotel should be renovated a bit. In the bathroom, one part of the wall was broken, the safe is not the best, the entrance door should have been pulled back a lot when closing, which would have produced noise.
The soundproofing of the windows (the room was on the side of the restaurant which was constantly full of guests) should be better. Considering the number of stars and the price, the spa should be included in the price.

One of the nicest cities we’ve been to
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, staff very nice . We had to move rooms after first night due to outside road noise but it was no trouble at all and hotel facilitated us immediately

Cons:

Nothing great hotel, super clean, pool and terrace are gorgeous. Breakfast excellent t so much choice and so near to everything . Walkable to most things but bus service also excellent t and we rented bikes which were so easy with the cycle paths everywhere . Easy to get to beach , science area or old town
