Der Check Inn und der Check Out dauern definitiv zu lange…man wartet und wartet…bis endlich alle Daten im System sind…muss nochmals die E-Mail und Telefon Nummer angeben ect…dauerte beides zu lange…. der CheckOut deswegen weil andere ewig lange brauchten für den Check Inn…das sollte heutzutage doch wesentlich schneller gehen

Perfect base for a Valencia stay
Pros:

We loved the location as it was just across the road from the huge park for exercise. Lovely comfortable hotel with helpful staff. We loved that the hotel was away from the main tourist areas. Fantastic breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The indoor pool & spa that’s pictured in advertising, is run by a separate business & is not part of the hotel. Therefore, fees apply to use facilities.

Pros:

Habitación confortable , muy atentos en recepción , nos aparcaron el coche porque íbamos muy cargados , todo muy limpio . Desayuno variado y buena calidad . Muy buena ubicación para llegar caminando al centro
Piscina no muy grande pero muy bien para refrescarse y no había mucha gente .
Recomiendo el hotel totalmente

Excellent. Five star! The dinner at the terrace was really good.
Pros:

All staff including receptionist, breakfast room, drining room, cleaning staff were so nice and helpful. One female bar staff was rude and unhelpful-she might have had a bad hair day! She was an exception.

Cons:

The one lady at the bar! The pool was a bit small and places in the sun limited and sun beds were in very short supply. The lack of sun beds has been noticed by many guests and listed in reviews but didn’t result in change.

Das ist überhaupt kein 5-Sterne-Hotel.

Sauberkeit

Cons:

Wir haben vier Nächte dort verbracht und ehrlich gesagt, entspricht es nicht den Ansprüchen eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Der Pool ist kleiner als auf den Fotos, und außerdem kommen ständig Leute von der Straße zum Schwimmen niemand kümmert sich darum, und sie lassen die Tür offen, sodass die Gäste ihn nicht benutzen können. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber es gibt einige Details, die verbessert werden sollten.
