Non mi è piaciuto affatto avere trovato uno scarafaggio, esattamente una blatta, che passeggiava accanto al mio letto. La stessa sera,dopo avere rincorso e ucciso la stessa, ho dato comunicazione alla reception e alle ore 11,00 mi è stato proposto un cambio stanza, assolutamente scomodo visto che mio figlio già dormiva e l'indomani saremmo ripartiti presto. Oltre alle scuse nulla di più, né uno sconto, neppure una colazione ci è stata offerta. Mi è stato solo chiesto prima di uscire se avessimo consumato qualcosa dal minibar. Direi che come cinque stelle mi sarei aspettata un trattamento diverso e un livello di igiene assolutamente diverso. Mai più!

Pros:

We went there for relaxetion and use swiming pool but they pool was always very dirty and we asked them to clean that they had no respond and said this is what we have i am very upset for chiosing there they ignor all notice as everyone gave them

Pros:

Great place and location. The staff were very helpful and nice! Clean and spacious.

Cons:

The gym was quite small. And you had to pay for the spa amenities such as the sauna, so false advertisement if you ask me. Also the 24h room service isn’t quite it since in the evening they only serve jamon and cheese. And the staff from the rooftap bar aren’t very nice
