La posizione centrale, è pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato di essere stati informati in anticipo, al momento della prenotazione, che i festeggiamenti per Aste Nagusia avrebbero disturbato il nostro sonno, dandoci la possibilità di annullare il soggiorno.

WOW

My almost 3-year-old son and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a street-facing room (with nice views over a busy but not noisy intersection, wonderful for a truck and bus and tram-obsessed toddler) and with his white noise machine we were not bothered by any street noise at all (though there was really only some on Friday/Saturday night). Curtains were blackout. Was somewhat nervous about the balcony doors (they lock with the handle, in reach of a tall kid) but my son was uninterested, luckily. Would have brought a travel door lock of some kind if he were older/more likely to open it.

The elevator always worked and while small, fit us and his stroller (and at least 3 adults). There is a good playground for small kids right across the street from the hotel (pictured). The hotel is extremely centrally located for walking outings, especially for the Casco Viejo, bus stops, tram stops, and access to the Nervión. We felt entirely safe at the hotel, even when returning from dinner around 11pm.

Upon request about a week in advance, the staff provided us with a cot for my son. The cot came with a pillow (and case), mattress, and sheet (more like a play yard, or a Pack and Play, but skinnier and longer). I believe it was 120x60cm (approx 47" by 23") and he is at least 97cm tall (about 38") and he fit into it no problem. It had mesh sides.

The air-conditioning worked perfectly with no problems at all, a huge relief during an August heat wave. The wifi worked perfectly, too.

Breakfast was extensive (multiple varieties of bread, plain croissants, chocolate croissants, various small muffins, tortilla española, sausage, baked beans, fresh honeydew melon, watermelon, pineapple, orange juice, yogurt and various toppings like nuts and granola, lattes and other espresso drinks from an automated countertop machine, and more) though the same every day, and is located on the first floor with a view over the street (my son loved watching life go past underneath him as he watched out the window, opened for a cross-breeze). You do have to let the front desk know the night before when you'd like to go to breakfast the next day (within about a 40 minute window over the course of the morning) so they don't get overcrowded, which is nice, and it doesn't have to be at the same time every day of your stay.

Only complaint is the room fridge didn't seem very cold, but we didn't really need it so it was ok.

Très bien situé pour toutes les visites; Guggenheim à 20 min de marche agréable/ terrain plat le long du cours d'eau
Grandes chambres, la nôte (505) donnant sur une rue piétonne de la vieille ville et belle vue sur la place de l'opéra/ le pont
Calme malgré situation centrale
