Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. El desayuno completo. El personal muy atento, la habitación que habíamos contratado no nos gustó y pagando un pequeño suplemento nos cambiaron sin problema, teniendo unas vistas muy buenas. La limpieza muy bien.

Cons:

Al hotel le falta una sala de lectura o de descanso para no estar siempre en la habitación.

Me gustó todo. El hotel estaba muy limpio, el personal muy amable y la ubicación perfecta, al lado de la plaza nueva.
También un parking en frente.

Cons:

Todo Ok. Lo unico por decir algo... que no reponen la bollería en los turnos del desayuno. Los mas madrugadores son los que tienen de todo

Pros:

Ubicacion excelente al lado de la estacion y a la entrada del casco historico.
Desayuno CORRECTO, entre bien y muy bien, para el nivel del hotel.
Habitación limpia con los servicios solicitados, sin ruidos y eso que daba al exterior (Plaza Arriaga)
Hotel muy tranquilo y altamente recomendable.
Personal muy amable y dispuestos ayudar siempre.

Cons:

Tener alguna opcion más en la máquina de los cafés en el desayuno, como CAPUCCINO...
Por lo demás todo MUY CORRECTO.

I would suggest asking for a room on one of the upper floors as it could maybe be noisy at lower levels?
Pros:

Location is perfect to explore Bilbao. Lovely room; air conditioning. From the 5th floor there was some noise from the street below but it was actually pleasant to feel part of the lively street vibe! We slept really well. Tea and coffee making facilities / mini bar. The room had everything you might want for a short stay and an excellent base to explore. Parking a short distance away.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing to dislike. Would return.
