Amazing experience
Pros:

Staff, amenities, pool... Everything is prepared so guests have a very nice and relaxing stay.

Cons:

We were required to leave a deposit in case of damage/loss of any furniture or amenities, which was a bit shocking considering this was not requested in any other of the hotels we booked in Vietnam.

Exceptional Stay at Meliá Hanoi
Pros:

Our stay at Meliá Hanoi was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful hotel and comfortable room to the outstanding service and attention to detail throughout our entire stay.

The staff were incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The level of hospitality was truly impressive and made our stay in Hanoi even more enjoyable.

A very special mention must go to Chief Concierge Nguyen Trong Tuan, who deserves the highest praise. He was absolutely outstanding — professional, attentive, incredibly kind and always willing to help. His recommendations,
assistance and genuine care made us feel extremely well looked after throughout our stay. Nguyen Trong Tuan is a true asset to Meliá Hanoi.
We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience and the exceptional service we received. Meliá Hanoi is definitely a hotel we would recommend without hesitation, and we would be delighted to return in the future.

Pros:

Nice room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We got a very large extra king size bed. Great location. Good breakfast choice. The food at the cafe and chinese restaurant were also really good. Wonderful service. We had a really great stay.

Cons:

Pool size is a bit small for the size of hotel and the kitchen exhaust was towards the pool.
