Pros:

Ubicación excepcional cerca de la estación y el centro a un paseo o en el tranvía que para al lado. El desayuno fantástico y la piscina aún pudimos disfrutarla pese a ser octubre.

Disappointing Stay Due to Persistent Noise Issues

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues that significantly affected our comfort.

Firstly, there was a constant and rather intrusive noise coming from the area around the air-conditioning fan coil unit. The noise persisted continuously, regardless of whether the air conditioning was switched on or off, making it particularly difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

Secondly, the toilet cistern in the bathroom was constantly running, producing yet another unnecessary and irritating background noise throughout our stay.

Finally, the sound insulation of the windows was surprisingly poor. Despite our room being on the fourth floor, traffic and street noise were clearly audible, further compromising the tranquillity one would reasonably expect from a hotel room.

Individually, these issues might have been tolerable, but their combined effect made the room unnecessarily noisy and uncomfortable.

A hotel should, above all, provide its guests with a quiet and restful environment. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. These are basic maintenance and soundproofing issues that deserve the management’s attention.

Séjour agréable dans un environnement attrayant (piscine, sport...)
Pros:

Equipement de l'hôtel parfait (chambres - salle de sport - piscine - lounge). Personnel au lounge très à l'écoute et agréable. Situation géographique permettant d'être relié au centre ville en 30mn à pied.

Cons:

Accueil par le lounge plutôt que par le personnel de l'hôtel même s'il y a quelques personnes déjà reçues au lounge. On préfère attendre, avoir le verre d'accueil etc...plutôt que d'être avec une personne semblant stressée de nous voir nombreux à l'arrivée
Piscine : le personnel féminin au bar/restauration n'est pas vraiment celui le plus accueillant. Le bar (pas la restauration) pourrait faire partie de l'offre supérieure parce que c'est dommage d'aller au lounge pour prendre un verre et ne pas pouvoir se rendre avec à la piscine.
Nettoyage de la chambre le premier jour a laissé à désirer : verre utilisé pour un médicament donc sale et pas changé, çà surprend. Un plafonnier avec ampoule à changer dans la salle de bain non repéré par le personnel ; on a un peu autre chose à faire avec l'accueil que d'évoquer cela surtout quand on ne parle pas espagnol.
