Beautiful and comfortable room, fantastic pool and great staff! I'd stay here again.
Pros:

Great facilities and friendly staff. Lots of vegan options for breakfast which was really appreciated. The hotel is only 18 minutes outside the city centre by tram (or 25 minutes walking).

Cons:

Unfortunately the early morning protests outside the hotel. Also, water and coffee wasn't always restocked in the room and used cups and glasses weren't always removed.

Perfecta y súper cómoda.
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, la piscina perfecta, el personal super amable, la comida muy buena, el hotel muy bien situado, sin duda volvería, una estancia muy cómoda.

Cons:

No tengo ninguna pega, solo me faltaría un ascensor que llegue del parking hasta recepción y no tener que subir escaleras y andar por ese pasillo largo hasta llegar a recepción por si vengo cansada de alguna actividad o algo no hacer más esfuerzo o para personas que sufran de asma o cualquier cosa que sea más cómodo llegar. Todo lo demás perfecto.
