Definitely upgrade to the level

Loved the level lounge and all the drinks and snacks throughout the day, the staff in here are fantastic and helped recover my husband’s lost phone.

Cons:

The rude pool staff literally shouting at me in Spanish asking where I was going when I left the pool to cool down in the lounge. It upset me and my husband complained there excuse was they thought I was alone. Other people had left there towels for hours, I didn’t appreciate being shouted at on my holiday.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

It had a swimming pool, lift calling system was amazingly efficient, good stream of taxis outside.

Cons:

Mattress on bed was rock hard so poor sleep. Had a constant stream of ants coming from the bathroom

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel: c’est devenu mon adresse favorite lorsque je me rends à Séville. Vous êtes magnifiquement accueillis par un personnel irréprochable et logé dans des chambres offrant tous les conforts souhaités. L'hôtel offre également accès à sa piscine. Un must. Sans oublier le buffet de petit-déjeuner, parmi les plus variés de mon expérience. Impossible de ne pas y trouver son bonheur!
