La limpieza, es bastante grande el hotel, muy comodo, muy espacioso el restaurante y el desayuno delicioso

Me pareció una falta de respeto que la recepcionista de la mañana le coqueteara a mi marido diciendo le "amor" y le guiñara el ojo

Excelente, la amabilidad de los trabajadores - limpieza de todo el hotel

Que ahora son dueños de tres hoteles y cuando uno hace la reserva ustedes escogen habitaciones de los otros dos hoteles, y asi no debe ser, porque uno hace reserva en el ARUHACO. no en los otros hoteles-Hace falta sombrillas en las mesas de la piscina

El hotel y el sevicio

Cons:

Ofrecen parqueadero y es un caos porque no tienen disponibilidad. Voy a disfrutar y me encuentro con que tengo que estar llamando al hotel cada hora para verificar y dejar de estar en la playa para estar pendiente del carro que tengo en la calle, que no le hagan un daño.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones con full aire, buen servicio de limpieza, desayuno rico

Cons:

Deben informar que el parqueadero es sujeto según disponibilidad, el apto es grande y acogedor, pero en el baño el olor es insoportable 😫 además de muchas cucarachas, no cuenta con al menos una nevera, adicional que el TV está en la sala pero no cuentan con ventilador en ese espacio, vigilar más la piscina por ejemplo en la de niños había un hombre borracho y se vomitó dentro de la piscina 😵‍💫
