Pros:

Zwei Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rez. echt freundlich und hilfsbereich.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterin, die am Samstagmorgen und Sonntagmorgen an der Rez. Dienst hatte, ist im Servicebereich nach meiner Meinung keine Topbesetzung.
Bei meinem letzten Besuch funktionierte der Fernseher im ZImmer nicht und dieses Mail hatte ich während des gesamten Aufenthalt kein WLan im Zimmer.

Poor communication
Pros:

Good location, close to motorway

Cons:

Paid for superior room, but got given standard room instead. Reception had some issues with communication between staff, apparently. Never heard "Sorry for the inconvenience" or anything like it. Price never adjusted

Die Betten wirklich sehr bequem
Und beim Frühstück eine gute Auswahl

Tolles Hotel mit guter Lage. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, nettes Personal.
Sehr hundefreundlich

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Aufzugs. Sehr hellhörig. Leider nehmen die Menschen heute keine Rücksicht mehr. Laute Verabschiedungen mitten in der Nacht. Und wir durften auch am Liebesakt und Gesprächen Nachts um 2 im Zimmer nebenan teilhaben. Leider an schlafen nicht zu denken.

Kostenlose Parkplätze, kurzer Weg zur Linie 302 und zur Wattenscheider Innenstadt, 24h-Rezeption, Dusche ist top (Wasserstrahlstärke, richtig heiß und richtig kalt, ebenerdig, ohne dass das Bad unter Wasser steht)

Ladestationen für E Autos, gute Frühstück und saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Zimmer direkt neben Fahrstuhl laute Geräusche vom Fahrstuhl und nur eine Person am Check in. Und sehr schlechte Beleuchtung auf dem Parkplatz
