Le calme de l'hôtel, la propreté impeccable, le confort de la chambre , très bonne literie et personnel très chaleureux , merci au réceptionniste (sofiane?) pour son accueil et son sourire .
L emplacement
Une chambre de petite taille avec 2 lits qui grincent
Salle d’eau avec wc et sans sèche serviettes , si l’on veut prendre une douche avant de se coucher et une autre le matin, la serviette est donc mouillée !
Pas de bouteille d’eau de bienvenue
Accueil décevant, affaires pour animal avec supplément (gamelles et tapis ) facturé à 15€ et à monter soi même en chambre alors qu’on arrive chargés de bagages.
Le réceptionniste n’a pas su badger correctement notre chambre et s’est trompé avec une autre déjà occupée
Tout cela N’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles et le rapport qualité / prix n’y est pas du tout ..
Every went very smoothly. Parking was available on the property and we were allowed an extra extended period. Amazing location, walking distance from the Roland Garros. Nice restaurants in the area too. Lovely neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast.
The door for the bathroom needed repairs.
