Comfortabel gezellig verblijf met attent, vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig onthaal, efficiënt in- en uitgecheckt. Alles was netjes en stijlvol. Het aanbod en de kwaliteit van het ontbijtbuffet was gevarieerd, vers en opnieuw aangevuld waar nodig.
Het hotel beschikt niet meer over een eigen parking maar we vonden wel in de nabijheid van het hotel een plaats op straat, waar het veilig leek. De hele omgeving komt ook veilig over in een aangename buurt.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Große Zimmer. Gute Lage und komfortable Betten. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Nette Gegend mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Direkt an der Strassenbahn. Super Preis-Leidtungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Schade für den Gesamteindruck im Frühstückssaal waten die drei traurigen dünnen und braunblättrigen Pflanzen, wie auch die Tischdeko aus Plastik.
Ein Upgrade würde viel bewirken.
Es wäre aus unserer Sicht höflicher, wie in anderen 5 Sterne Hotels auc, zu den Tischen zu gehen und 10 min vorher zu sagen, dass daa Buffet geschlossen witd.
