Limpieza y personal

Cons:

La comida fuera de carta , pedimos un arroz con presa ibérica y estaba incomible , la presa cruda y muy grandes los trozos . Lo cobraron igualmente .

Ne mérite pas 5 étoiles
Pros:

Ils m’ont prélevé 280 € plus cher, que ceux qui devrait Maitre prélever. Ils font la politique de l’Autruche ne répond pas aux messages. Ne mérite pas du tout un 5 étoiles . Plutôt un 3

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de peignoir. Le sèche-cheveux était en panne. L’ascenseur était en panne.

Las vistas, el hotel , a pie de playa y sus ofertas para comer dentro del recinto, hay musica en vivo por las noches. Lo tiene todo. Excelente

For a Leading Hotel of the World the hotel was disappointment
Pros:

Some of the staff were exceptional

Cons:

Some of the staff were totally disinterested. Their ability to take on board a request without asking several times was remarkable.
The A/C in our room was temperamental/damp/ not cold.
We found the food and beverages extremely expensive.
We found a man outside the hotel early in the morning flying a drone around the guest bedroom windows, when pointed out we found an attitude of nonchalance concerning.

Entspannung und Ruhe im top Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wirklich traumhaft direkt an schönen Stränden und man kann auch sowohl Ciutadella und Mahon gut erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist top und das Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls. Das Personal ist hervorragend professionell und freundlich.

Amazing stay at Villa le Blanc. Will definitely return.
Pros:

- Included breakfast was amazing.
- Room was spacious and beautiful. AC could have been better.
- Views are beautiful, just wish the beach was larger, but we knew this going in so it wasn't a surprise. Hotel Meliá Galdana has a much nicer beach, but the hotel, staff, and amenities at Villa le Blanch are top notch.
- Pool was amazing. Didn't have to fight for a pool lounger although we stayed mid week.
- Massage at the on-site spa was the best ever, shout out to Nina! Very affordable.

Cons:

- Menu choices on the poolside menu are limited. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, they were just ok, would recommend going offsite for better and less expensive food
- Beach as discussed above
