- the hotel is beautifully designed and the room we stayed in was gorgeous, everything had been thought of and it was extremely comfortable!
- the 2 pools are great, plenty of sun beds which are very comfortable
- overall i couldnt fault the facilities of the hotel
- the staff were all very friendly and helpful although service was quite slow
Alejandro in concierge couldn't have been more helpful, he was excellent!
- the buffet breakfast was delicious

Cons:

- staff were lovely but the service was quite slow and disorganised at times
- the food in the hotel was very very expensive
- location wise, there wasn't much going on in Sant tomas, only really 1 other restaurant so i would recommend hiring a car if you want to explore a bit more beyond the hotel

Chambre donnant sur les groupes climatisation de l'hôtel d'à côté avec le bruit qui va avec et désagrément sur la note des consommations du restaurant pas au top sur ce sujet, sinon hotel et personnel très bien
