La literie, la piscine en bas de l hôtel très calme et confortable, l emplacement à côté de la plage, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel, le personnel très aidant, la propreté des chambres,

Cons:

Le concierge qui n’est pas d’une grande utilité à part nous envoyer des liens internet, le menu du room service de faible qualité gustative et avec peu de choix, devoir demander plusieurs fois du café supplémentaires pour les chambres .

Great location, five star kids club and the F&B, concierge and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

It does not live up to the image it markets. For example: we booked a Premium room with city view and were given a Deluxe room with street view but without explanation. When we complained there was no acknowledgment of the downgrade but the attempt at an excuse that the description on booking.com was wrong. They then offered an upgrade for 50%+ which we refused asking for the room we booked. They then finally admitted their mistake and offered a meagre 15% discount and still no apology. Unacceptable.

je recommande viviement cet établissement ou nous gardons un souvenir inaltérable.
Pros:

nous avons tout apprécié en général, de la gentillesse à la serviabilité du personnel à chaques instants. la suite avec piscine privative est juste sublime et apporte confort et luxe. la piscine principal au centre de l'établissement réunis sous les parasols et transats la plupart des clients. mention exceptionnelle pour la qualité gargantuesque du buffet petit déjeuner et pour Elise qui distille de merveilleux coktails au bar et un accompagnement personnalisé pour les français.

Cons:

le service restaurant est au petit soin pour vous, le seul bémol restera les cuisiniers qui s'aventurent dans des cuissons de crustacés haut de gamme non maitrisés, à des accompagnements ressemblant plus à une bonne brasserie Belge et ceux, à des tarifs gastronomiques.

Pros:

Ils m’ont prélevé 280 € plus cher, que ceux qui devrait Maitre prélever. Ils font la politique de l’Autruche ne répond pas aux messages. Ne mérite pas du tout un 5 étoiles . Plutôt un 3
