Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful modern hotel. Bedroom was very well appointed. Very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space in bedroom. Stunning view from bedroom and balcony over the sea. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Will return.

Beautiful hotel. Peaceful ambiance. Excellent restaurants. Professional staff.
Pros:

Choice of tables outside with lovely views at all restaurants. The quality of the food was a highlight. The service was excellent with a professional and friendly team. The ambiance was peaceful and the rooms extremely comfortable. The swimming pool was beautiful and immaculate. The sunbeds were extremely comfortable, plenty of soft beach towels, and the drinks service very attentive.

Cons:

Be aware that in later afternoon, early evening, it can take a while for taxis/ubers to arrive if you are going into Palma or elsewhere for dinner. Leave extra time.
The sea was beautiful but bring sea shoes if you want to walk in via the cove - its a bit rocky. You can get in via steps (or you can jump!) but getting out was harder as the steps are quite steep. I would love the hotel to improve access for those of us less agile swimmers!

Man muss leider auf viele Mängel hinweisen
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön und rasch erreichbar vom Airport.
Die Suite sehr geräumig und wurde täglich sehr ordentlich gereinigt, wobei es grundsätzlich schon ordentlich aufgeräumt von uns hinterlassen wurde. Das Frühstück sehr schön und entsprechend der Kategorie dieses Hauses. Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Stiegen waren 3 Tage hintereinander sehr schmutzig und nicht ausreichend gesaugt. Am Poolbereich konnte kein einziger sauberer Beistelltisch gefunden werden.
Unsere Suite lag sehr ungünstig betreffend Restaurantlärm, kein Upgrade obwohl das Hotel viel freie Kapazitäten hatte. Im Restaurant sind viele nicht gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter.

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable but next time can you make the sun shine
Pros:

We liked the hotel a lot. The breakfasts were fabulous and there was a wide choice of options. The staff were al very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had no complaints at all. We were unlucky with weather which always affects you when you have gone away for a week of sun and relaxing.

Pros:

الفندق باين قديم لكن مع ذلك نظيف جدا
مرافق الفندق صغيرة شوي مقارنة بما توقعته من الصور
بالنسبة للخدمة كانت اكثر من رائعة مثل ما يقولون يشيلونك من على الارض شيل

Cons:

سعر الغرفة مرتفع كذلك الغرف نفسها في اغلب الفندق واللي يميز غرفة عن غرفة هو ارتفاعها في الفندق او مثلا تكون البلكونة اكبر شوي
مواقف السيارات بـ 35 € لليلة وهو مبلغ عالي جدا
