Attentive staff, food is decent and facilities/activities are quite good for kids. Overall it met our expectations.

L’hotel e il parco offrono una vacanza stupenda! La nostra camera era composta da 2 camere comunicanti e da un bagno grande, un ricco e vario buffet a colazione pranzo e cena, il personale (reception, camerieri, bagnini, signore delle pulizie, baristi e staff del mono lun) è stato molto efficiente e molto gentile. C’era un grande palco dove i bimbi facevano la baby dance e poi terminata organizzavano spettacoli con peofessionisti (mago, ginnasti, ecc) cinema con maxi schermo e schiuma party, nella lobby interna c’era sempre un cantante.
Ci sono 3 piscine (una grande, una per i piccoli e una nella zona del parco con scivoli per bimbi diverse età), giochi in varie zone comuni (flipper, squaletti, palline). Nel parco avevamo accesso gratuito a tutti gli intrattenimenti (casa dei mostri, piscina con scivoli, area giochi con i castelli/strutture dove ci si arrampica).
Ogni giorno passano le mascotte Maya e Kumar a salutare i bimbi e la struttura del mini club è nuova e ben attrezzata e organizzata.
Vicino alle piscine c’è il bar sempre aperto dove tutte le bevande (alcoliche e no) incluse, l’area snack con toast, patatine, salsicce, bacon, verdure, brioche, ciambelle e gelato “alla spina” sempre incluse.
Inclusi anche i teli per la piscina, che si possono cambiare quando necessario.
Servizio lavanderia e asciugatrice a pagamento.
L’hotel è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e in una zona servita da tanti negozi, farmacia, il medico e di fronte all’hotel.
I ns bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e noi abbiamo passato una vacanza spensierata con tutti i comfort.

We arrived at the hotel as scheduled, having informed the hotel in advance that there would be three of us: two adults and one child. We paid an additional €180 for the extra adult and another €20 for a “better room.”
In the end, we were given a room with only one bed and no extra bed, so all three of us had to squeeze into the same bed. During our five-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, and we were not even provided with fresh towels, so we had to buy our own.
The hotel employs many foreign workers, apparently from Africa. Unfortunately, the overall standard of service is very low.
The food was repetitive throughout the stay and was completely bland and tasteless.
You are also not provided with all the important information clearly in writing. Instead, you either have to remember everything explained by a receptionist whose English was not very good, or simply figure things out by trial and error.
All activities for children are conducted in Spanish and feel completely disconnected from the needs of international guests.
There are hidden extra charges everywhere — for games, arcade machines, and even billiards.
Although jumping into the pool from the sides is prohibited and there are three lifeguards supervising the area, none of them seem to enforce the rule, creating an unnecessary risk of injury. Similarly, guests are supposedly not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels before the pool opens, yet in reality almost all of them are already reserved by 8 a.m.
We would never stay at this hotel again. Considering the price, we genuinely cannot find any significant positives to mention.

Splash Park and Softplay great for our 5 year old. Good offers for child entertainment. Solid food selection at buffet, but quality quality equally only solid.
You go there for your kids and for their entertainment. Our kid had a lot of fun, the parents less so ;)
Rooms extremely small and very loud. The doors are just too thin and you hear everything from the hallway.
Drinks at the bar horrible and ice cream not included.
Random elements of Katmandu park not included and you have to pay extra. Besides the softplay and the splash park, the Katmandu park is unfortunately not great.
Price-value didn't feel great.
The staff is not one bit friendly to the kids

A szálláshely szobáinak hangszigeteltsége, az étterem ételeinek kiemelten alacsony minősége, szörnyű MINDEN!!! Részeg angoloknak megfelel ez szinte biztos!
L'hôtel est dans l'ensemble bien situé, la possibilité d'accéder au parc d'attraction Katmandu patk c'est sympa.
La restauration laisse à désirer sur 4 soirs, un soir était vraiment catastrophique rien de bon au buffet et les 3 autres soirs c'était moyen.
Au vu du prix payé pour la chambre familiale on s'attendait à avoir plus de place. Il manque de suspend pour accrocher les linges et les faire sécher.
C'est dommage que l'accès au mini golf soit en supplément pour les résidents de l'hôtel.
