Awesome memories
Pros:

Had a great experience staying at Novotel at Kitchener road ( Singapore) Syahindah at reception counter was very humble and helpful. She also cleared all our queries and helped with all our questions. Kuddos to her.

Pros:

good location. Hotel situated near city square mall.

Cons:

Room cleaning service was poor, potter luggage service was not efficient and hotel staffs' not friendly. Buffet breakfast was not much of variety.

The location was good. Close to the mall which you can get to the MRT from.

Cons:

Didn't like how I needed to request housekeeping to make the room. There wasn't enough tissue and toilet paper for 3 people.
