It was good for the one night I was there, the room was ok. The hotel itself could use some work.

That it was close to the things I was there for

Cons:

Could have been cleaner, a remodel maybe. I was charged twice for my room and now having to get that straightened out through booking.com. since they were the ones who charged the second time. Not happy about that

Cons:

The place was so bad that after switching rooms we still could not stay and found a different hotel at 0300. The first room had no electricity and the door was open. The second room smelled like cigarettes from people smoking next door and thc from down the hall. The shower was dirty and had pubic hair in it. We left to find a new hotel within 30 mins of arrival

I have stayed there many times. Great stay for the price.
Pros:

Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. No issues with breakfast.

Cons:

Smoke alarm in my room is over 10 years old and needs replacing. The the switches that control the recessed lights over the desk are wired incorrectly. There was damage to the bathroom door.

Pros:

I was impressed of all things by the tp roll imprinted stamp! This place is good to stay an over night. But that’s all. The bed was comfortable.melissa was very nice and cheerful.could be better if they take time out to update

Cons:

The tv remote didn’t work, no disturbed sign,only one lightbulb .eggs at breakfast looked and tasted powdery. Attend ent had boxes out from deliveries and left her work room opened with the water flowing and a dirty mop.coffee not good,the clocks are not synced so it made time of night confusing. I called front desk at 4 am and no response.mattress kept slipping off base.

We won’t use Sleep Inn again. If we had not been pushed for time, we would have changed hotels.
Cons:

The desk clerk didn’t have a clue. Another staff member had to assist her. The room looked nothing like on the website. The ceiling on the ground floor had water spots. The walls had cracks. There was only one elevator, and it got stuck on the second floor . Our room was on the third floor, we took the stairs. We observed the pool, the water was an algae pit, totally nasty. When we checked out no one was present at the desk.

I was able to do early check in which was very import so that was a plus.

I had a ground floor room at the end of a hallway and someone kept propping the exit door to the parking lot slightly open so they could come and go from that door. It was an exit door only so always should be locked. Anyone could come and go from that door without being seen coming in the front door. I came back at 11pm at the door was propped open. Security wise, not ok. I didn’t feel as safe.
