unfortunately dishonest people that don't stand to the mistakes of their employees

Cons:

lots of noise from the street and management screwing over guests. Asked for a early checkout and was confirmed to get my money back from front dest during check out. in a week. a week later management just told me I cant get 3 nights almost 400 USD back cause I wasnt suppose to check out early. Scam.

Very good value. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Very nice stay. Quiet room, clean, nice bed, nice shower. Breakfast was adequate. Location was perfect. Lots of eating places within walking distance or that you could drive to. Walmart not to far away.just all in all good for the price.

Cons:

Traffic was a nightmare (not their fault) at the stoplight at the intersection. Pool was nice but right next to the interstate so a bit noisy. Need to build a wall.

Pros:

Checked in at 8:30pm, went to our room and smelled weed the hallways and room, sink in the room was clogged, bed broken and when I called front desk to tell them she said we can’t help you. She didn’t offered a different room. Too late to look for another hotel. My daughter has asthma and it was the worst night ever.

Cons:

Really bad place to stay. Bad front desk service

Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The staff was helpful and attentive

Cons:

The freezer in the mini fridge units did not work. We wanted to keep our ice packs Frozen so we could have cold drinks on the job site the next day as we were staying there for a construction contract.

The room smelled slightly of mildew, like something was wet but it was tolerable.

Pros:

Close to shopping center, which was our reason for stopping in Charlotte.

Cons:

Room was definitely needing a little upkeep. Light bulbs missing, carpets worn. Just a little dowdy.

Breakfast was very good! The person managing the dining room kept everything clean and stocked, eggs and sausage were delicious!

The bathroom was small and outdated. The carpet was dirty and wet by the fridge area.

Pros:

The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable, the check-in was quick and easy, and I was given the option of which floor my room would be. We didn't use it, but the pool looked great! Oh, the location was perfect... close to all the action and 2 - 3 minutes off I-85.

Cons:

The air conditioner did cool the room (103) nicely on a hot summer day, but it didn't dehumidify. My wife laid her shirt over the chair in the room while we were out for a few hours. When we returned, her shirt felt damp and you could feel the humidity in the room despite it being cool. Also, the 1st floor doors at the end of the hallways didn't lock at night. Anyone could have walked in without a card.
