Disappointing Stay and Poor Follow-Up
Pros:

Very disappointing experience. My room was not properly prepared when I arrived late at night, and I had to request a room change. What made it worse was the slow and inadequate follow-up afterward, even after I raised my concerns. As a Globalist Member, I expected better service, stronger communication, and a more professional resolution.

Hyatt failed here
Pros:

I am a long time Hyatt Discoverist and love staying at Hyatt hotels. This hotel was the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at. From the murky green pool water to the lack of towels to the lack of hot water to the almost inedible breakfast, it was one hit after another. I wish I had read the reviews before staying here but my experience with the Hyatt brand was always positive so I didn't. Clearly many others have had the same experience as my family. I hope something changes for this hotel but we will never return to this Hyatt.

Maybe try a different location.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, proximity to restaurants and activities in the area.

Cons:

This location looked like it’s ready to go out of business, no decor in the lobby area, the pool was gross, no towels in the pool or in the room. I’m still waiting for room service to bring extra towels. We booked a double queen room and only received 2 towels and wash clothes. The free breakfast is nice but does not accommodate guest with alternate diet options. The room was okay, carpet should go, the room smelled and the sofa was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend, guest can find something much nicer for a few extra bucks per night.

Avoid this place
Pros:

Stayed for a soccer tournament. Arrived to no body lotion/conditioner or soap in the shower. Requested some from the desk which they offered but requested we return the bottle when we were done. All of the towels…ALL of the towels were stained. Returned from our rain soaked tournament to an unmade/unclean room. Should have slept in the truck. Yuck.

Do somewhere else. Dirty Dirty Dirty.
Pros:

worst hotel I've stayed in, in 4 decades. DIRTY, NO HOUSE KEEPING, TRASH EVERYWHERE. CLOGGED TOILETS and SINK. As example I was assigned a room that was not cleaned. I witnessed at least five other guests complain to desk staff of unacceptable circumstances. Two of which demanded a refund and checked out to go to a different hotel.

Cons:

Clean the place. Have housekeeping every day. Better training from management, down to housekeeping. Clearly there is a leadership issue with this property.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. When I arrived, the room was not properly prepared. I had to make my own bed, which is something guests should never have to do. There were crumbs on the floor, the bathroom had not been cleaned, the desk still had cup rings and the overall condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get a different room when I requested it because the hotel was fully booked. The lack of cleanliness extended beyond the room as well, as the hallways were noticeably dirty and appeared to be poorly maintained.

Horrible Hyatt
Pros:

Horrible customer service nobody is ever at the front desk, and the breakfast was one of the worst I've had. Yellow oranges, no toppings for yogurt and ham was disgusting.
