Pros:

Enjoyable place on good location right outside Philadelphia.
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. The room we got was very spacious.

Cons:

One of the elevator lights kept going off making it very scary and uncomfortable. The pool was nice but there were no towels. It also needed some cleaning as it had tissues inside. Our tv remote had its lead broken.

Staff was nice and location was awesome!!
Pros:

Breakfast was not so great. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Cons:

I asked for more blankets to be in the room and they were not in there. There weren't enough towels. The room was not so clean in the corners, the floors, and counters. Light in the elevator was broken, but they did let us know. Other elevator took a while.

Stayed once because I didnt know better. Prob wont be back again.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty decent.

Cons:

1: front desk gave me keys for a room that was already occupied. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!
2: floor wasnt clean.
3: TV didn't work correctly.
4: for a king suite it was pretty dated.
5: simple things like the toaster down in the cafeteria only worked on 1 side.

Overall, minus the food we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The hotel was surprisingly nice and clean the staff was wonderful. The coffee was delicious. And it got a lot of traffic, looked like the place to be.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible it all felt like a rerun like it was sitting in the back and they just reheated leftovers, the oatmeal looked like paste, the eggs were rubbery, the donut holes tasted like playdough. The light in the one of the elevators kind of startled us, it was a motion light and if you didn't move it went out on you, not cool if you're on the elevator with a bunch of strangers.

Pros:

What I did like was the amount of space that the unit provided? Which look a lot better online than it did in person. I liked that it offered a pool so I did not use it. Maybe my standard switch is too high, or I don't know

Cons:

Book through booking.com was charged. Additional $200 as I arrived. I waited for about 15 minutes in line while the staff member was having trouble with her system in her allergies
She was also very confused. There was an issue with the man who was giving keys to already occupied room, which made the wait time. Additional 5 minutes when I finally arrived to the room. The television was not working , shower stall was dirty tea kettle is very dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. I was only provided one washcloth in the location with army in the back where there was construction going on, the food was horrible only pork products. There was not enough food set out for the amount of gas that was there. So I did not eat

It’s Close to our destination and the pool and workout room was open late

Cons:

We didn’t have any wash cloths for our whole stay some of the blankets smelled the breakfast was no cool the ice machines were not working

Pros:

As soon as we checked in we saw a sign that says pool is out of service. I immediately get upset because my entire family was excited to use the pool while our stay there. I wish they would have 3 beds in stead of two and a sofa bed. It was 6 of us that stayed and the sofa bed was terrible. I woke up with back pain the next day we didn't even use it we actually slept on the sofa and it felt better than the sofa bed mattress. The breakfast was just okay. We went to get extra towels on the second day and they were unsure if they had enough clean thankfully they did. Then after a long day we get back to the hotel and the keys were not working on our 2nd day there. My kids were waiting in the hallway while my husband went to get someone thankfully an employee saw us and approached and was able to open the door for us. I prepaid and they charged my card more after we left and I frankly do not know why I have to give them a call.
