Poor!

I don’t think there was anything.

Cons:

The people above us and kept us up
All night. Went to tell front desk no one there at the front desk. Let the lady know in the morning said she would talk to someone and never did. Us and others had to ask for the breakfast to be refilled while they was all behind the front desk laughing. Poor customer service, restless night, rude staff and broken promises. It also took 20 mins at check out to get my deposit back as she kept trying to charge me again instead of returning it. There was also bugs coming out of the wall of the pool my kids was so grossed out!
