Pros:

The room was very spacious

Cons:

The tvs kept losing volume. Some channels didnt work. The pillows in the living were clearly dirty. Breakfast wasnt the greatest. Night parking was horrible.

Nothing. Worse hotel ever. Do not take kids there.

Cons:

Door saftey lock didnt lock. Smelled of cigarettes, insect feces on counter and wall. Pool was disgusting. Main entrance smelled of rotten fish. Our 3 night stay turned into one horrifying night. Left after one night and rented an air bnb. Wpuld refund my stay after the condition and lack of cleanliness. Felt like a prostitution motel.

I would go there again to stay
Pros:

Very clean and nice. My room was next to the pool. I loved it there.

It was great and I would do it again.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I needed something they would get it to me as quickly as possible.

Cons:

The parking.. towards the end of the night the parking lot was full.

I was not that happy.
Pros:

The rooms were a good size. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was clogged
Curtains were ripped
Wi-Fi was slow
They never went to clean the room or give us clean towels or toilet paper

Great for us, myself and brother, offering a two bedroom suite.

Cons:

Breakfast was sub-par. Barely an egg option and, usually, no meet to go with it. Cereal, oatmeal, bread/bagle/toast options and waffles.

Pros and Cons
Pros:

The air conditioner was excellent. It was hot outside but the AC made our room very comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for an extended stay so I will keep TownePlace in mind for future reference.

Cons:

There were clear signs of water damage in the bathroom and there were no efforts to repair anything. Instead, paint was applied over the damage and a wooden veneer was applied over the side of the damaged vanity. The toilet had a high pitched whistle every time it was flushed and the cable for the TV kept cutting out. Lastly, I was using the spare comforter to bundle up in at night and as I was folding it before check out, I discovered a brown smear on the corner
