Above and beyond!!
Pros:

The staff was extremely accommodating!! I accidentally grabbed my daughter’s passport instead of mine for my international flight. I had to delay my travel by a day and after booking a night here, the hotel front desk staff was so understanding in allowing it to be overnighted to their location & kept it safe until I arrived. After arriving I realized I’d lost my ID but was able to check-in with my passport. The maintenance staff was exceptional in helping prepare a shipment home. Their kindness and encouragement made this entire experience much more bearable and I can’t thank them enough. The accommodations were great - clean and spacious!!

Cons:

There wasn’t a lobby to sit and wait and I arrived 2 hours before check-in but the front desk allowed me to go to my room which was above and beyond considering how frazzled I was. I can’t thank you all enough!! You literally helped saved my vacation!

The location, room was clean

Cons:

To many men hanging out at property are nite, no ammenadies. No cups, etc. Mattress old. Uncomfortable. Terrible customer service. Asked for extra blanket. Had go get it. No spoons or forks available. I wont stay at this location again.

I don’t recommend it. It’s such a stressful experience

Such a stressful experience, it’s not clean, funny smell in the minute you walk in, the lobby is very old and suspicious, they put some chemical smell the is overwhelming in the room that I had to open the window to make it less noticeable, even though it didn’t get away, I couldn’t breath really or sleep. Very expensive for what you get, even if it’s cheaper I will never come back again
