The inner front door by the stairs did not have a digital lock. Maybe that was due to the remodeling. But, anyone could have entered during the night.

We were NOT notified about the elevator in the building across the parking lot was not functioning properly! After waiting several hours for a room that was booked and purchased prior to my arrival, we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor! The customer service employee! The font desk did not seem to really care! I was recovering from surgery to my left wrist so I could not help my spouse carry my half of the luggage. Try caring heavy luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor! No one was available to assist!

The shower wouldn’t drain, when I lifted up the metal plate over the drain I found the most awful funk stopping it up that I had to remove! The outside of this establishment is very deceptive because it clearly has not been well maintained or cleaned thoroughly! Gave me a major “ICK” factor the whole night!

The pool wasn't available

The swimming pool for the kids who where with there parents couldn't play in the pool water was dirty.

I hated the fact of no being able to watch TV. The elevator didn't work so I had to walk all of my luggage to the third floor. I wouldn't stay there again.

My room door were awful, to close it all the way I had to lift up on it. The room wasn't all that clean. Woke up some kind of black bugs were bitting on me. Had to take allergy medicine due to dust in room and really didn't get any sleep due to my allergies and noise.

The first room we were assigned was very dirty. I showed the desk clerk on duty and told the housekeeping supervisor about it. Then the next morning we got notice that we had to change rooms because some had clogged a drain and sewage was flooding the downstairs. We had specifically requested a downstairs room because of handicap issues. But the second room we received was upstairs. The second room was so much cleaner than the first room, so we want a big way to go for that housekeeping staff member. But overall very disappointing n everything. We paid for 2 nights and between the first room being nasty and having to pack up and move the next morning we felt we should have received some kind of compensation.

2 adults & 2 kids in the room. Wish staff would make a pass through daily to restock room: swap used towels, empty trash in room daily, check soqp / toilet paper, etc. I had to take out my own trash and bring used towels to front desk daily for swap outs. BUT staff was great about handling these requests.

Rust on sofa bed, poor water pressure, signal quality horrible on wifi

Some of our appliances were on the older side but not too bad. The pool wasn't cleaned either.

Bathroom light switch was broken, hard floor was sticky (too much cleaning products), complimentary breakfast was lacking and the person on staff for breakfast was not friendly.

Everything

They charged extra for a fee that I didn’t agree on . They need to tell customers there’s a pet fee before charging randomly. I could of left the hotel if my pet was a problem.
