The place was nice. Near the Elmwood Shopping, but not in it, so it is still peaceful! Room was also great and cozy. Great value for what I paid for.

Good location
Where to begin that’s the greater question because the staff was absolutely rude upon checking in. After checking in, none of our check-in request were honored. We were given a handicapped access accessible room, which none of us were handicapped ,so if there was a handicapped guest checking in, they would not have the accommodations for them because we were placed in that room in the middle of the hallway, which we asked for a room either by the elevator or the stairs. The room was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves. There was mold in the room. The smoke detectors were off of the wall. The only thing that we can say good about the room was that the bed sheet seemed clean. We were in town for a funeral and the staff called me multiple times during the funeral unfortunately because of my pets which is understood but imagine your phone ringing constantly during a time of mourning. The only polite encounter that we had was with the p.m. attendant on our second day after our air conditioner stopped working. The young lady at the Front Desk was very kind and she immediately sent engineering up to repair the AC unit in the room, unfortunately I did not get her name, but that was the only kind person she and the engineer. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and we stay here often not to mention that my card was charged twice one for $260 and another for $340. I was advised that the amount will be refunded back to my car, but I have to pay twice was quite inconvenient as well.
Pool was open & breakfast
Our Door was stuck k & hard to open & close. microwave glass plate was wrong size for ours . I kept thinking this is gonna fall & break...
I really liked the layout of the room and the location of the hotel. Pet friendly.
After the first night I asked the front desk when room service came, could we get the bathroom towels changed due to using the ones in there for showers. We did not get the towels changed.
I am 67 years old. I purchased this room over the internet. It was the dirties room I have ever rented. Well I paid for a two bedroom room. When we got there the room being fully paid for, I thought i would have a room. the front desk lady said "look I have two single rooms by each other that is it. Well I had two small children. We had to split up. I saw 2 roaches, the bed I think was broken. and we were separated.

There were different entry options with key card access only, the staff was nice, decent value for the price and the location was ideal.
Not all of the elevators worked and the sink in my bathroom took hours to drain. The iron also had something burnt on the surface. The cooked breakfast options were not very good, but there were other prepackaged options at least.
