Praktisch aber laut
Pros:

Direkt am Bahnhof, Frühstück gut

Cons:

Zu laut, leider kaum Zimmer mit Dusche, sondern mit Dusche in der Wanne, zu kurz und rutschig. Für a ältere Personen nicht zu empfehlen

Accoglienza personale, posizione.

Cons:

Non c'erano rampe per le uscite, ma sempre scale.
Camera non pulita al top e colazione con tazze perennemente sporche. Diciamo che non si avvertiva il massimo della pulizia. Sono stata sorpresa dalle 8 stelle e poi dei giudizi... A mio avviso è un 6/7.

Location was the best point and value for this property.Breakfast was a prety poor for this kind of Hotel, as well as ham and eggs was cold and not well prepared.

Personnel d'accueil sympathique même si nous avons dû aller dans l'hôtel attenant pour trouver quelqu'un, détail qu'il conviendrait de préciser dans le mail de confirmation.
Chambre lumineuse, hôtel situé à 3 minutes à pied de la gare avec vue sur un parc verdoyant. Literie confortable.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il n'y ait personne à l'accueil et que l'on doive de débrouiller pour trouver quelqu'un.

Pros:

Nähe zum Bahnhof und Innenstadt, äußerst freundliches Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksraum. Gemütliches Zimmer mit zusätzlicher Sitzgelegenheit. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Inkl. Basler Card für viele Ermäßigungen und gratis Öffis. Frühstück im 8.Stock mit herrlicher Aussicht.

Location: very close to station and reasonably close to old town.
Good sized room, comfortable and warm.
Helpful staff.

Cons:

Electricity in room stopped working soon after arrival - operated when card placed in device near door - and it took about 2 hours to realise that issue could not be resolved so moved to another room.

Läget, bra service i reception, bra rum, skön säng.

Cons:

Gick inte att svara på meddelanden som kom från hotellet i Booking.com.
Hotellets entre var otydlig, delades med ett annat hotell.

Proximidade com a estacao de trem e linhas de bonde. Quarto bom e silencioso.

Cons:

O hotel é interligado com outro, nem sempre tem alguem na recepção, mesmo de dia. O papel higienico acabou, nao tinha nenhum rolo extra e depois, mesmo com a dificuldade de encontrar algum funcionário, Pediram para esperar e nada. Desci novamente e ja nao tinha ninguem de novo na recepção. Tive que pegar alguns lenços de papel numa caixinha da recepção. Descaso.
