Wie soll ich die Unterkunft bewerten, wenn diese dauerhaft geschlossen ist??
Am Anreisetag um !!12!! Uhr wurden wir über Booking darüber informiert, keine Email nichts. Wir standen vor verschlossener Tür. Hier wurden wir unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen dass das Hotel geschlossen ist.
Wir verlangen unser Geld zurück! Eine Frechheit!!
