Very good. Wish we hadn’t booked breakfast
Pros:

The location , cleanliness and reception staff were v friendly

Cons:

There was inconsistency in staffing - for example we had breakfast included, we never managed to get it. First day we were running late due to jet lag, I asked the restaurant manager if we could pop in just to grab a croissant , so we would not be car sick for expedition - it was a ‘no it’s against rules’ …. Quite honestly uncalled for. So we decided we wouldn’t eat there next day out if principal - seems a waste of our money and left a bad taste . The pool was a little neglected in the fact we were there for 4 hours/ it’s nice but no one came to check us for drinks/food/clean up after people. Again just a bit more attention to detail
It’s our third stay there is more good things to say - this is just opportunities to improve

Pros:

Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und Personal sehr nett. Parkplätze finden man auch kostenfrei ums Hotel herum.
