Gutes Hotel für Tagestouren in und um Garmisch-Partenkirchen
Pros:

Gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war extrem nett bezüglich allen Sonderwünschen. 1. Uns wurde angeboten am Tag des Checkouts die Duschen des Schwimmbereichs nach einer Wanderung zu nutzen. 2. Wir durften am Abend Pizza ins Hotel bestellen und diese im Frühstücksraum verzehren.

Cons:

Etwas heruntergekommen. Einrichtung aus den 70ern. Bin mir unschlüssig was daran Swiss Quality sein soll.

An unexpectedly enjoyable and interesting hotel in a fabulous town
Pros:

Breakfast very good, staff obliging & cheerful
A wonderfully maintained modernist hotel from 1935 (the year of the Ga-Pa Winter Olympics). Lots of nice paintings and very comfortable beds. It might not appeal to instagram people but so much the better.

Cons:

One of my boiled eggs was a little overdone

Wir hatten bei Abreise ein Handy-Ladekabel vergessen. Eine Anfrage beim Hotel per Mail blieb auch nach 8 Tagen bisher unbeantwortet :-(

The hotel is very convenient, and the breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the morning-shift reception staff. They were very nice, welcoming, and always ready to assist.

Cons:

The hotel is conveniently located, and the breakfast was good. However, our check-in experience was disappointing. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by an older staff member who was very rude and disrespectful. When we asked questions about the property, he did not answer us properly or provide helpful information.

The housekeeping service was also problematic. Staff began knocking on our door as early as 9:30 a.m. and continued again at 11:30 a.m. Without waiting for permission, they entered our room and started cleaning. They also told us to leave the room, even though the checkout time was 12:00 p.m.

Overall, while the location and breakfast were good, the rude check-in experience and the lack of respect for our privacy significantly affected our stay.

Besonders gefiel die Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz, sehr sauber, ruhig ,schönes Bett, Bademantel,ausgezeichneter Frühstück auf der Terrasse, angenehme Sauna und Schwimmbecken, freundliche Personale.

Cons:

Ein veraltetes Design und Möbel, aber alles ist sauber und bequem.
