All in all very happy with the location and the property itself. We also enjoyed the pool a lot.
Pros:

Very cozy and quiet. Clean rooms and super comfy beds!
Be aware that this property only has rooms and that the restaurant and SPA facilities are in another building across the street. This wasn’t too obvious for us when booking. However it hasn’t been a huge impact to our stay, and the positive thing was that it was very quiet in the house.

Cons:

Needing to cross the street to get to restaurant and pool.

A night stay with a spa access
Pros:

The location is easy to reach everywhere by bus. There is a spa you can use.

Cons:

The room is quite cold due to breezes getting through the window during night time.
The decoration is quite outdated though eveything is functioned.

Pros:

Excelente localização, instalações ótimas, atendimento fantástico.

Cons:

De ter que fazer o check-in do outro lado da rua e não terem avisado isso antes. Para quem está sozinho, e não tem alguém que possa esperar na porta com as malas, é ruim ter que ficar se deslocando.

Awful. The unseen’managers’ only work in the morning ! I arrived in the afternoon and fled early morning.
Pros:

Nothing I’m afraid - sad run down stained and stale annexe to a larger operation across the road that thinks it is the bee’s knees but I don’t think that is either.

Cons:

Damaged door, wall and desk, dirty stained carpet ( numerous areas). No curtains. No room signage or notable fire signage. Common areas - stained carpets. Generally run down. No help with getting bags across the road as there is ‘no valet service’ offered - how about common decency ? I can’t add all the photos I wanted to.

Como a unidade mais nova do hotel, que fica em frente estava vazia, nos mudaram para la. Mas o que reservamos parecia bem antigo, estava todo em reformas. O atendimento da maria eduarda foi excelente, super atenciosa e simpatica!
