Pros:

酒店很安静，从火车站出来可以坐公交201和204路纱到酒店门口

Cons:

办理入住和吃早餐在马路对面的酒店大堂内，大堂没有空调，全封闭大厅非常热，吃早餐太热了

After the upgrade the stay was fine. The Royal Plaza room was ok and clean. The hallways showed lots of wear and tear. N
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

No air conditioning in one of the rooms of the Villa Toscane so they upgraded us to the Royal Plaza. We paid for the continental breakfast in our booking but it was very minimal so we paid 10 Swiss franc/person to upgrade. It was ok but not worth 30 Swiss franc which was the actual cost.

The location was excellent. If you arrive by train go outside the train station and don’t cross street— take the number 204 bus and get off at the first stop which is right at the Royal Plaza-just walk 25 yards and cross the street. We didn’t know that and paid 20 Swiss franc for uber.

The reception desk has maps and depending on the particular staff might help you find what you are looking for.

Be sure and check the bill before checking out. They over charged me by 60 Swiss franc. But after pulling all receipts agreed to make a correction.

I will never stay here again

The restaurant at the Royal Plaza had a great view of the lake. The room that they allotted me at an extra charge was okay

Cons:

The room that was allotted was really bad and there was a cockroach on the floor. There was no airconditioning as I had booked. They could not change the room and I did not know that this was a 3 star property. There was no reception and all the check in and out was done at the 5 star property accross the road called the Royal Plaza which was highly inconvenient I argued with them unpleasantly and finally got a room in the Royal Plaza for which I had to pay extra!!! No airconditioning in the lobby and the weather was unforbiddingly hot. I will never stay here again

Great stay, beautiful place fairly close to train station
Pros:

Beautiful decor, clean room with AC and comfortable beds. Accommodating to the amount of guests we had, and offered to check in our luggage. The staff at check-in were kind and explained everything thoroughly.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small and tight, check-in and other facilities were located across the street, which made it inconvenient.

Any additional accommodations such as requesting silverware (to eat our leftovers) were additional costs. But this seems to be standard with other Swiss hotels which charge for nearly every addition.

Nice but feels the poor relation
Pros:

The location was great. The building was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Cons:

I booked through booking.com, I booked breakfast but when you get there you are only entitled to the budget breakfast? Their breakfast costs double if you want anything cooked. No option or mention of that on booking.com
No air con and it was boiling outside.

Cons:

Hotel Satisfatório para dormir e tomar café da manhã!
Pros:

Difícil avaliar uma vez que o hotel está em reforma, mas tivemos assistência do hotel da frente para algumas atividades como café da manhã, spa.. Foi bom pra passar uma noite e ter o pequeno almoço e assim prosseguirmos nossa viagem, a recepcionista do pequeno almoço muito atenciosa.

É uma boa caminhada da estação Montreux, se estiverem com muitas malas ou sacolas aconselho verificar um transfer, táxi...

Pros:

Our room we were soooooo lucky to get a view of the lake and such cute art deco room. I don't think the photos do it justice. Also the water out of the taps you could drink and it was super nice
