Wir werden ein PremierInn wieder nutzen - sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Frühstück war klasse- alles was das Frühstückherz begehrt. Es wurde nachgelegt und für Sauberkeit am Buffet gesorgt.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, da wir mit dem Enkel unterwegs waren. Es war ein wenig separat und sehr großzügig. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Parkplätze angegeben, aber keine vorhanden – absolut enttäuschend!

Ich bin wirklich extrem enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. In der Beschreibung wird ausdrücklich angegeben, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Genau deshalb habe ich mich darauf verlassen.

Als ich nachts am Hotel ankam, musste ich allerdings feststellen, dass kein Parkplatz verfügbar war. Ich stand also mitten in der Nacht in Saarbrücken, einer Stadt, in der ich mich überhaupt nicht auskenne, und musste mir auf eigene Faust ein Parkhaus suchen. Anschließend musste ich im Dunkeln zu Fuß zurück zum Hotel laufen.

Das ist einfach inakzeptabel! Wenn in der Hotelbeschreibung Parkplätze angegeben werden, erwarte ich, dass diese auch tatsächlich verfügbar sind oder zumindest klar darauf hingewiesen wird, dass keine Parkplätze garantiert werden können.

Gerade wenn man nachts anreist, ist so eine Situation unglaublich ärgerlich und unnötig stressig. Hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass ich mich selbst um einen Parkplatz kümmern muss, hätte ich meine Anreise ganz anders geplant.

Für mich ist das eine klare Irreführung bei einem wichtigen Buchungskriterium. Ich erwarte von einem Hotel, dass die Angaben in der Beschreibung stimmen und man sich als Gast darauf verlassen kann.

Leider ein sehr schlechter erster Eindruck und eine Erfahrung, die ich so nicht noch einmal machen möchte.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, wir haben ein riesiges Zimmer bekommen, was nicht Standard ist. Sehr gemütlich, viel Stauraum, mit Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee. Gemütliche Lobby.

Cons:

Das Licht im Bad war relativ dunkel. Natürlich ist es laut, wenn man die Fenster öffnet. Aber das sollte einem bei Innenstadtlage klar sein und hat uns auch nicht weiter gestört

A great, central hotel for a short stay in Saarbruecken.
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located and has a secure parking garage which made it an ideal base for a few days in Saarbruecken. There is a comfortable hotel bar and a breakfast buffet available and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

We booked a Premier Plus room which had plenty of space and a good view, but there were a couple of spots on the carpet and one of the curtains was beginning to come away at one end.

We were 3 adults, and booking site did not propose 3 single beds rooms while actually there were some. So we rented 2 rooms.while we could have rented one. Besides, there was no amenities such as tootubrush even at the reception....
