Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the food at breakfast was very good. The location was close to the water and all the shops so it was very nice just go out and walk around. I also did a mountain biking tour and had a great time.

Ein Hotel zum Wiederkommen: zentral, herzlich und unkompliziert.
Pros:

Ein wunderbares Hotel mitten im Herzen von Lugano. Die Lage ist hervorragend, praktisch alles ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch die Anreise mit dem Auto ist völlig unkompliziert, man gelangt problemlos direkt in die hoteleigene Garage.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Team: äusserst herzlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Kein Wunsch scheint zu viel zu sein, und die Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.

Ein Hotel, das durch seine Lage, seinen Komfort und vor allem durch seine Menschen überzeugt. Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder.
