Pros:

A cama de casal muito confortável, os travesseiros ótimos, café da manhã variado e farto, atendimento correto dos funcionários.

Cons:

O chuveiro com proteção de vidro parcial deixa o banheiro muito molhado após o banho. O sofá cama que acomoda o terceiro ocupante do “quarto triplo” tinha uma cavidade no centro, que o tornou bem incômodo. Apesar da recente reforma no hotel, o banheiro está desgastado. Foi minha terceira experiência neste hotel e a primeira após sua transformação em “hotel butique”, decepcionante na minha opinião. Um hotel 4 estrelas deve oferecer bem mais, por exemplo uma chaleira elétrica, se disponibilizam sachês de chá…

A fantastic, stylish hotel in the perfect location

Absolutely loved this hotel! Beautiful, modern and stylish, with a perfect location in the heart of Lugano. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed, and the staff and service were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Friendly and welcoming, great location
Pros:

Very welcoming from beginning. Did book a table at a great grotto as well as a watertaxi. Which I tried to do from home and didn’t get a response, so hotelstaff came to the rescue.
Overall everyone was very friendly
