Awesome place to stay. Hotel staff were great.
Pros:

The hotel was really close to public transport. Walking distance to Roma Termini, restaurants, room was kept clean and serviced, great breakfast spread. Staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Choices for dining are awesome - alfresco or having it inside - restaurant staff were excellent and the place was classy.

Cons:

Not applicable. The hotel is highly recommended if you are in Rome.

Après avoir parcouru Rome à pied, le confort de l'établissement était un vrai bonheur
Pros:

Superbe hôtel. Propre, confortable, ancien mais bien entretenu. De très beaux espaces communs. Un peu à l'écart du centre mais tout de même pas trop loin.

Cons:

Vieil établissement donc pas assez de prises pour les temps modernes. Fenêtre donnant sur une petite cours intérieure donc chambre très calme mais peu lumineuse.

Everythjng exceeded our expectations
Pros:

The friendly and professional calibre of all the staff, particularly the team member who checked us in. We arrived early and she showed us where we could change our travel clothes before stowing our bags for a couple of hours. She was going on break and walked us around the corner where there were some great restaurants. Everyone spoke fluent English making the visit easy without confusion for us:)

Personale molto gentile ed accogliente, mi sono sentito coccolato da quando ho fatto il check in. Colazione ottima molto variegata dolce/salato. Ho avuto la fortuna di provare in anteprima una delle nuove stanze che ho trovato molto confortevole e ben arredata.
