Große Enttäuschung!
Pros:

Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist sehr zentral. Allerdings mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichen.

Cons:

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel und würden es auf keinen Fall noch einmal buchen. Für einen Preis von rund 350 € inklusive Frühstück können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen, wie dieses Hotel vier Sterne haben soll.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein – so klein, dass wir unseren Koffer nicht einmal richtig öffnen konnten. Schauen Sie sich unbedingt die Fotos an: Die Decke war beschädigt und bröckelte, die Klimaanlage war alt und wirkte provisorisch eingebaut, mit einem großen Loch im Fenster. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls eine Katastrophe. Die Dusche hatte einen ungewöhnlich hohen Einstieg von etwa 10 cm, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Der Toilettenpapierhalter fiel einem beim Benutzen praktisch entgegen.

Hinzu kam ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer sowie unfreundliches Personal, das keinen besonders serviceorientierten Eindruck machte.

Insgesamt steht der Preis in keinem Verhältnis. Für 350 € pro Nacht erwarten wir deutlich mehr Komfort, Sauberkeit und einen besseren Service. Wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

A good stay
Pros:

Convenient location in old town, walking distance to the train station, museums, lake and churches. Friendly staff, two air conditioners in the room, which is very helpful due to the heat wave during our stay. Good breakfast. Nice lounge with free coffee and water.

Cons:

Some sewage smell in the bathroom, some mold spot around the shower.

Extremely unhappy
Pros:

Food was good and only two guys went above and beyond but the rest of the staff was extremely poor and unhelpful and even lied to me several times.

Cons:

The shower flooded and the front desk was informed and lied to us about getting it fixed. They even told me to just shower and when it floods again that the guy would just come clean it up each time. We stayed two nights and it was never fixed. Even had holes in the sheets. The room also whistles extremely loudly when the AC was running and could hear it down the hall.
