Pros:

Localização excelente, simpatia da equipa, optima insonorização e os quartos tinham boas áreas.

Cons:

As casa de banho do quarto já mostram algum desgaste. Como o edificio estava em obras a vista estava tapada e isso devial ter sido mencionado por parte do hotel.

Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο της παλιάς πόλης, οι υπάλληλοι στη ρεσεψιόν είναι ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί, είναι πάρα πολύ καθαρό, διαθέτει ωραίες κλειστές ντουλάπες και μικρό ψυγείο, που το θεωρώ ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμο, το wi fi είναι εξαιρετικό, έχει δωρεάν παροχή καφέ και τσάι και προσφέρει φύλαξη για τις αποσκευές πριν το check in και μετά το check out.

Cons:

Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι ήταν αρκετά καλό , τα μαξιλάρια δεν ήταν καθόλου καλά αλλά μας τα άλλαξαν όταν το ζητήσαμε και το πρωινό ήταν βασικό, θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερες επιλογές

Felt like home, I was very comfortable.
Pros:

It is a gem of a place, ideally located in the heart of Old town. So many eating places to choose from right around and walking distance to most of the main sights. Atmosphere in the area is buzzing. Breakfast was very good. Room is excellent.

Cons:

No visible signage of the Hotel name. I walked right past and had to rely on google to find the place. Thankfully the front desk saw me and came out to greet me. Other than that everything else was excellent.

Great location with very pleasant and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location and staff made our stay exceed expectations.

Cons:

We didn't.t realise that the hotel was going under an external renovation. One of our window views was looking into scaffolding.

Pros:

The location was great. There was a high school band performance right in the courtyard in from of the hotel, which was great! There are many good restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. The included breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

We could have been informed that there was major construction going on around the outside of the building and all the windows were covered so there was no view at all. Also the outside courtyard was closed due to the construction.
I don't believe we received the room that we booked. The front desk was not helpful with information regarding attractions nearby and the hotel did not have a concierge.

Good location but poor quality hotel not worth 4 stars
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

This is not the quality of a 4 star hotel it felt like the conditions of a hostel very run down and there was no mention of construction works all over the building guests were told they could not open their windows in their rooms.

Pros:

Супер расположение . В старом городе . Красивые улочки, старинные здания , магазины , кафе , рестораны на любой вкус- все рядом . Улица Банхофштрассе - минуты 3 ходьбы через мост. Комната - у нас на троих-большая , чистая. Кровать удобная.

Cons:

Нет своей парковки. Нужно ставить машину на парковке Урания. 45 франков сутки.
Не разрешили зайти на завтрак на 15 минут раньше- нам нужно было уезжать в аэропорт . Открывается в 7 и точка .

A hidden gem!
Pros:

Our room was lovely and comfortable. And so quiet! We heard absolutely nothing from outside the room. The hotel location is perfect for exploring Zürich. In a square just off the main road and the river with several restaurant choices and a small convenience store. And an easy walk to the bahnhof. The breakfast was wonderful, with choices to please every palate. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. And...there is a lovely library room to enjoy some quiet time with a cup of tea or coffee!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

Excellent staff - amazing mattress. Great location.
Pros:

Excellent location! Super helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The mattress was amazing - so comfortable and good on the back. We left our luggage in reception as we were early and our room wasn’t ready and the cases were in our rooms when we came back. Would happily stay here again. Thanks to all the staff.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was major building work during our stay and there was loud drilling and vibration felt in the room from around 8am
