Great hotel with a lot of history.
Pros:

Right in the heart of the Old Zürich city. Everything is in walking distance. Very clean and great staff. Very good breakfast

Cons:

It is important to note that there is no parking at the hotel for a rental car. However it would be very difficult to drive in Old Zürich History due to the congestion.

Overall value for money, with pleasant and helpful staff.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent lounge area, with free coffee pod machine.
Able to keep bags safe on departure date, with free use of the lounge.

Cons:

Quality of breakfast items were very good. However, very limited. Sadly, there were additional charges for certain items, not mentioned at booking time, ie fried eggs, pancakes etc.
Bathroom facilities, slightly on the small size for a family room. Bath plug broken, use of shower over bath only. Problem reported, could not be fixed at time of stay.

Perfect!
Pros:

It was very nice to have air conditioning! The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a delicious bonus to our stay. The fancy heated toilet was also delightful!

Tolles freundliches Hotel in TOP-Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr in Ordnung. Vor allem wird eine Vielzahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse angeboten. Die Frühstücksterrasse ist ein Traum und wertet das Frühstück noch extrem auf. Das Zimmer ist toll - trotz der super zentralen Lage durch die Fenster kein Lärm. Personal freundlich und bemüht. Die Lobby/Aufenthaltsbereich im 1. Stock ist auch wunderschön.

Cons:

Eine bessere Auswahl beim Frühstück betreffend Spiegelei, weiches Ei, etc wäre schön. Müslizutaten wie Nüsse, getrocknete Früchte usw ebenfalls. Wer einen Café Latte, Kakao oder Cappuccino bestellt bekommt diesen großartig frisch zubereitet- beim Espresso ist das leider nicht der Fall - der aus der Maschine ist entbehrlich. Die Dusche tröpfelt nur - es herrscht absolut kein Wasserdruck.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und kamen nach dem Konzert. Mit der 24 h Rezeption ging das unkompliziert und komfortabel. Frühstück und Zimmer waren super. Alles gut

El mejor lugar para recorrer Zurich. Centro del casco histórico a pie.
Pros:

Ubicación. Cerca de la Hbf. En la mejor ubicación de Zurich. Tamaño de la habitación, nos dieron upgrade. Desayuno fantástico. Zona animada de restaurantes y bares. Pero a la vez tranquila para descansar.

A couple of nights in Zurich
Pros:

The location is impossible to improve, walking distance from main spots. Lots of restaurants to eat (try Santa Lucia ) and little cute stores. The staff super friendly, speaks several languages and gives you tips and recommendations for tourism. One of the best part of the hotel is the breakfast, amazing!!!

Cons:

Super small and simple room but I guess is the European style . In pictures looks a little bit bigger

A lovely hotel right in the heart of everything.
Pros:

Location wonderful, in the old city. Hard to get taxi during the day as generally no cars allowed but close to the tram line and railway station. I managed with 2 cases by myself 👍 breakfast great and outdoor patio lovely.
