The location was perfect to travel from Mainz to other cities by train.

Cons:

The AC essentially did not work. We were in the area during a heatwave and booked this place because of its location and the fact that it had AC. We did not sleep so well because it was too hot inside the bedroom, we had to open the windows to cool it down in the mornings and evenings.

Top Service Top Hotel Hammer👌
Pros:

Wir waren zwei Tage im Hotel. Sehr zuverlässig Personal. Kleine Fragen wurden stets gleich beantwortet. Keine Wartezeit.
Frühstück war alles reichlich am Buffet vorhanden. Gute Auswahl und alles frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Es gab nichts!!!

Alles top, die Lage ist super, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Klimaanlage in den Zimmern hat funktioniert, es war alles sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet.

Ein schnuckliges Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Zuallerst die zentrale und das DB-Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe (Tagesticket im 2. UG für 6 €, sonst 12 €; also unten Parken). Trotz der Lage direkt am Bahnhofsvorplatz mit Blick auf diesen war das Zimmer durch die Mehrfachverglasung absolut ruhig. Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, es blieb nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Insgesondere Frau Schleider von der Rezeption verdient ein großes Lob für Service, Kundenfreundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit ... Außerdem hatte sie immer einen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen.

Cons:

Leider war eine Jalousie im Zimmer defekt, so dass nicht ganz verdunkelt werden konnte. Auf die Schnelle war das am Wochenende nicht zu beheben, aber kein Beinbruch. Haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.

Gut, aber nicht sehr gut
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist unschlagbar zentral. Das Zimmer war schön und groß genug, die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Es war leider nicht so hundertprozentig sauber, ich habe immer wieder lange Haare zwischen meinen Handtüchern usw. gefunden. Enttäuschend war das Frühstück, für das ich ca 20 Euro bezahlt hatte. Soweit ich das beurteilen konnte, war die Auswahl zwar an sich groß und hochwertig, aber es war bereits gegen 8.00 Uhr vieles leer gegessen und die eine Mitarbeiterin ist überhaupt nicht hinterhergekommen, Dinge wieder aufzufüllen. Bitte unbedingt in zusätzliches Personal investieren!

Koele slaapkamer bij warm weer en goede locatie voor treinreiziger op doorreis.
Pros:

Ideaal voor treinreigers op doorreis, locatie tegenover stationsgebouw. Prima bedden. Stil. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Klima werkt goed.

Cons:

Douchen in bad in plaats van inloopdouche vind ik altijd wat minder. Wel positief hierbij is een stevig handvat boven het bad. Ook de douchekop waterstraal bediening was defect en deksel op douchekop ontbrak, simpel op te lossen door de douchekop te vervangen.
