Hotel Hammer ist der Hammer
Pros:

Lage direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof, leise Klimaanlage bei der Hitze 36° und schalldichte Fenster . Das super leckere Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und Monis leckere Rühreier! Man merkt das familiär geführte Haus

Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer und es wäre schön, eine Flasche Wasser kostenlos zu bekommen

Pros:

Right opposite Mainz train station. Clean room and comfortable bed. Need to go to breakfast room to get hot water from coffee machine.

Cons:

Some staff are not that friendly, less helpful when you want to assemble our bikes for cycling trip. But at least there's a store room to do it. No kettles in room.

Super freundliches Personal,tolle Sauna,zentrale Lage,bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig ,auch zum Bahnhof raus,Das Frühstücksbüffet ist frisch und sehr ansprechend präsentiert,der Raum ist sauber und gepflegt,das Besteck ist poliert

Leider Mängel bei der Sauberkeit, Zahnpastaspuren am Waschbecken,Spritzer am Spiegel,Dreckiger Türrahmen,Haare an der Duschwand,Staub um die Toilettenpapierrolle, der Kühlschrank stinkt und hat Schimmel Spuren,der Teppich mit Hochfloor,auf dem Reinigungswagen nur 2 rote Lappen für die ganze Etage,schon nicht so schön.Fenster öffnen ging gar nicht,es war sehr laut zum Bahnhof,die ganze Nacht,wirklich!

Comfortable and peaceful stay, would go again.

Very spacious and super comfortable room, very soundproof even though it’s right next to the busy train station. Very helpful staff and great location.

The shower was a bit small and awkward and would have liked better toiletries.
