Excellent hotel with superb staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel with superb staff who couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome on a family trip to celebrate a 95th birthday. Mahmoud, the front-office clerk, was first-rate in helping us make arrangements with transport, a wheel-chair and other requirements. Emma, the breakfast room manager, similarly went out of her way to provide great service, especially in organising an impromptu lunch. Other staff at the front-desk or at breakfast were likewise uniformly friendly and helpful with some nice birthday touches. Rooms were relatively spacious for Paris, very comfortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms. Good air conditioning. Great location, close to the Champs d'Elysee and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.All in all, we had a lovely, memorable stay.

Cons:

Noise from a nightclub opposite when patrons left at 3-4 am. Not the fault of the hotel but woke us up.
Better lighting in the rooms would be good.

O hotel está muito bem localizado por referência ao "centro" da cidade, e a uma boa parte das principais atrações da mesma, seja para deslocação a pé seja para apanhar o Metro. Os funcionários demonstraram simpatia e profissionalismo. Viajamos em família e reservamos dois quartos sendo o do casal bastante pequeno, apesar de ser algo (infelizmente) comum na maioria dos hotéis do centro. O pequeno almoço teve variedade suficiente mas não impressionou. No geral, contudo, a estadia foi boa.

Limpeza boa, quarto reformado e novo. Equipe atenciosa.
Localização é o ponto alto! Fica muito perto da Champs, Metrô e vários restaurantes e cafés.

Cons:

Achei o quarto muito apertado para 2 pessoas e suas malas.
Fiquei no quarto de frente para rua de acesso. Tem uma balada que faz barulho até de madrugada. Não recomendo.

Enttäuschende Unterkunft in einer traumhaften Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage in zweiter Reihe hinter den Champs Elysee ist fantastisch, im Quartier gibt es sehr viele schöne Bistros und Cafés, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr gut, die Badezimmer etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wir hatten mehrere Monate vor Anreise zwei Suiten gebucht. Das die Bilder bei "booking.com" nicht immer die Realität wiedergeben, ist bekannt, aber das diese "Suiten" eigentlich nichts anderes waren als etwas größere Zimmer, hat uns schon enttäuscht. Zumal uns beim Einchecken mitgeteilt wurde, das wir nur eine Suite bekommen können, weil die "andere" wegen eines Schadens gerade renoviert würde! Also bekamen wir eine Suite und ein Superior? Zimmer, dieses zum reduzierten Preis. Als wir unsere "Suite" betraten, war die Enttäuschung groß. Ein etwas größeres Zimmer als Suite zu bezeichenen, ist schon dreist. Wie sich in der kommenden Nacht herausstellte, befindet sich gegenüber des Hotels ein Club. Ab etwa 1 Uhr morgens hämmerten die Bässe derart, dass die Betten vibrierten. Gegen 5 Uhr morgens macht der Club dicht, dann grölt das Partyvolk vor dem Club herum. Schlafen können dann nur noch ganz Hartgesottene. Wir baten um andere Zimmer, mit dem Ergebnis, dass wir nun keine Suite mehr hatten! Ja, wir bekamen die Preisdifferenz ersetzt, aber eigentlich hatten wir was anderes gebucht! Wie sich herausstellte,war eines der neuen Zimmer wieder massiv vom nächtlichen Lärm betroffen, hotelseitig war man nicht in der Lage, Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Es ist uns bewusst, dass das Hotelpersonal die Situation mit dem Club nicht ändern kann, aber wir sind uns einig, dass dieses Hotel beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris nicht zur Wahl stehen wird.

Não tem estacionamento, coloquei o carro num estacionamento particular. O hotel informou que era 24 euros a díaria, o carro ficou encaixado numa parede, cobraram 35 euros e queriam cobrar 70 euros a diária.
