Pros:

In wenigen Minuten bei den Champs-Elysées, super gelegen! Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Vis-à-vis vom Hotel ist ein Club, nachts herrschte bis in die frühen Morgenstunden Partystimmung, wir mussten wegen dem Lärm das Fenster schliessen.

Great hotel, but impossible to sleep on weekends
Pros:

The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent and perfect for exploring Paris.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by the noise coming from the nightclub located directly opposite the hotel. The issue was not the music itself, but the large groups of guests leaving the club throughout the night and in the early morning hours.

As we stayed over the weekend, the noise made it extremely difficult to sleep. On both nights, I had to take sleeping tablets just to be able to fall asleep, and even then we were woken up around 5:00 AM by intoxicated guests shouting outside the hotel.

I understand that the hotel cannot control the behaviour of people in the street, but guests should be aware that rooms facing the club can be very noisy, especially on weekends.

If you are a light sleeper, I would strongly recommend requesting a room away from the street side.

Overall, the hotel has many positives, but the lack of sleep unfortunately had a significant impact on our experience.

Ok stay
Pros:

We had an ok stay. The first room we got felt creepy. I complained and I was upgraded.

Cons:

We were first given a room without an enclosed shower. Which felt like a rip off for the about $500 we paid for the night. I complained and I was upgraded. The 2nd room was better but nothing fancy. I won’t be going back.

Excellent staff and location
Pros:

Georgi at check-in was an absolute star! He went above and beyond and exceeded expectations when trying to find us the room type that we wanted. He was calm and professional and a true asset to the hotel. All staff during our stay were exceptional, including concierge and bar staff. Location was great and only a few minutes walk from Champs Elysee.

Cons:

Dark room. Small flies/midges entered bathroom and were a nuisance, but was very clean. Restaurant closed on Saturday, but lots of restaurants nearby. The lounge area was great, but the smell of the air freshener was overpowering.

Location, very friendly and kind staff

Cons:

Quality of room - air conditioning was not working, and biggest problem was noise - I was not able to sleep because my room was on 1 floor and at the top
Of restaurant - full day up To 2 am noise and after closing restaurant huge noise brcause of moving chairs and cleaning and the same from 6 am ! Additionally windows in the toilet is not proper brcause all noise from the street coming to the room … owner of hotel should restore that rooms to be much more isolated !

Nice hotel, good location yet you can find something way better with same price

Cons:

Just avoid wasting your money on the breakfast. It was by far the worst hotel breakfast I’ve experienced. The quality, variety, and overall experience were very disappointing and definitely not worth the extra cost.
