A great hotel with great and helpful staff
Pros:

I booked this hotel for my 25th wedding anniversary trip because I like the brand and the hotel’s location is great. I am disabled with mobility issues. So I need room’s close to lifts, and a few extra in the room. Sent a email and a wonderful staff member got straight back saying all was sorted, and on arrival it was. The hotel is great but I thought it was a little bit quiet, it was refurbished in 25 and looks like it. I don’t know what to say about the staff, they are just great, I would say they go out of their way to help, or they did for me. The room was very nice, comfortable and had air conditioning needed it in Paris. The breakfast is good it’s yoghurt bread is great l liked it and eat a lot of it. The hotel is in a great spot, lot’s of wonderful restaurants with in walking distance went to a lot of them. If you’re in Paris and want to be central it is a great place to stay.

Boa opção na Champs Elysee
Pros:

Good option in Paris. Hotel has tiny rooms and super tiny bathrooms. Very good staff. Excellent location, 2 min walking distance to Champs Elysee. Negative point —> The AC does not work properly, sometimes shutting down multiple times during night, sometimes with a vibrations noise which prevents you to sleep. Hotel staff changed my room one time but the ac issue was the same in the new room.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The room we had was super spacious. The staff were so attentive and would honestly do anything for you to help. We loved the location a lot - close to several stations which was a bonus.

Cons:

The room we had was a little noisy and we could hear lots going on outside in the evening while trying to sleep but it didn’t impact us enough to not love our stay there. But if you’re a light sleeper it may.

المكان جداً نظيف ومريح وكل الخدمات متوفره ب راحه

حصل شي غريب وتصير باغلب الاماكن باب الحمام السحاب سقط بسبب المفصل ماكان مركب زين او يبغاله وزن بس يوم بلغت استاجابو بسرعه واخذو اكشن سريع وتاسفو

Hermoso hotel para sentirse en casa en Paris
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, si hablas español te sentiras como en casa, destaco particularmente a Jairo, que te saluda todos los dias y te da recomendaciones sobre paseos y donde cenar. Tambien fueron muy amables Elba y Constanza.
Las habitaciones muy bonitas, algunas un poco chicas. Desayuno muy bueno
