True 5 star experience
Pros:

This is the best hotel we’ve ever have ever stayed in. There is no comparison to any other 5 star hotels we’ve been to, this one is head and shoulders above them all.
On arrival we were given a private check in as we’d booked a suite. Sarah was absolutely lovely, making sure we were very informed and it was clear she cared about her guests.
The room itself was incredible. We were on the 6th floor and had a fab view of low flying planes landing at Lisbon. It was completely soundproofed and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were spot on and it was truly immaculate.
We used the spa twice and would definitely recommend the water therapy circuit. So relaxing! Apart from breakfast we didn’t eat at the hotel but used the soul garden bar on a couple of evenings. Big shout out to Eric in there who was super friendly and helped us choose some stunning cocktails!
I’m saving the best till last - the sky lounge. The experience in here is unsurpassed in our opinion. Clearly the best lounge we have ever used, and we were even allowed to use it to wait for our late afternoon flight after check out, which in itself is a bonus. We want to thank the lovely Ruth on reception who always welcomed us by name and was at pains to make us comfortable without being intrusive. Then onto Inder, who, if you haven’t tried his eggs Benedict, then you haven’t lived! Last but most certainly not least, thank you to Daniel who does the work of 3 staff and never without a smile and a lovely chat (you should give him a pay rise!)
Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel. It is out of the city, but the shuttle bus was excellent, and made it so easy to explore. All staff we encountered during our stay were wonderful and it was clear they enjoyed being part of the brand, which is testament to management. Thank you for having us and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Best hotel stay in Lisbon! Worth every penny.
Pros:

Everything ! Luxurious and super clean rooms, friendly staff. Exceptional breakfast and amazing location. Shuttle bus to town was the icing on the cake!

Todo un cinco estrellas para disfrutar de Lisboa
Pros:

Es un hotel con todas las características propias de un cinco estrellas. Comodidad, los restaurantes, la atención, la limpieza. Vale mencionar la atención especial del Assistant Front Office Manager Goncalo Nicolau cuya atención y servicio fueron excepcionales en nuestra estadía.

La pulizia e la gentilezza degli operatori

Cons:

Migliorerei solamente il discorso garage. Potrebbero velocizzare la ripresa della macchina e quindi l’uscita abilitando semplicemente la card che danno per entrare nella camera. Abilitandola card per far alzare la sbarra. Invece ogni volta bisognava andare alla reception per farsi validare il tagliandino. Questo lo eviterei.
