Los pasillos de las habitaciones que eran de moqueta olían a polvo.
No estaba la habitación preparada con la cama extra cuando hicimos el check-in y tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo (más de media hora)
Tuvimos problemas con permisos de acceso al gimnasio
En el check-in no nos explicaron nada del hotel: horarios, dónde estaba cada lugar (gimnasio, piscina, sitio de desayuno, ...) ni preocuparse si conocíamos la ciudad y si queríamos algún tipo de información extra.
Faltaba un restaurante "normal" (que no fuese de cocina cool) para picar algo
En uno de los restaurantes, las cenas tenían que ser fuera, no dentro

Plenty of underground parking. Lovely decor in lobby and rooms. Beds comfortable and noise was very low.
