Foram ótimos dias aqui, voltaremos!
Pros:

É muito limpo e arrumado. O staff sempre pronto pra atender as suas necessidades.
Ficamos no 23º andar e a vista era linda para o Cristo Rei.
Excelente café da manhã!

Great, but not amazing
Pros:

The little details in the room like coffee, chocolates, water every day, etc.

Cons:

The room a bit too small and the swimming pool was indoor, I would have preferred much more an outdoor pool.

Very comfortable and welcoming place.
Pros:

Very nice staff. The restaurants were good and the breakfast buffet is excellent!

Cons:

Some of the outlets in our room did not work and we have a lot of technology that needs charging. We called and a guy was sent up and he said he would fix the outlets the next day while we were sightseeing. That did not happen.

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת יש הכל הצוות מזמין ונחמד אווירה יפה,
שרות הדלפקים היה כמצופה עזרו לנו בכל מה שביקשנו ואפילו פיצו אותנו, דאגו לכל מה שביקשנו . ישנו שרות שאטלים למרכז בכל חצי שעה . עובדי המלון היו מאוד נחמדים ואפילו קיבלנו עזיבה מאוחרת , מסעדת erva היתה מעולה כל יום אכלנו שם ואוכל מעל המצופה ובמידה ומשהו לא אהבנו פיצו אותנו עובדי המסעדה קיבלו אותנו מאוד יפה

מסעדה אסייתית היתה זוואה כל האוכל מלא שמן מטוגן ורווי בשמן השרות במסעדה היה 0 ואף מזעזע ולא נעים .אכזבה .

Absolutley brilliant
Pros:

Brilliant staff who were helpful and kind. I injured myself with a smashed glass which resulted in a lot of glass and lots of blood and the kind receptionist came and helped dress my wounds and waited while a maintenance man cleaned up as I felt vulnerable being alone without another woman as I was in my night clothes.

They also changed my room at my request due to me being scared of heights. They did this with no recrimination and in a friendly efficient manner.

The hotel itself is stunning. Very comfortable beds, completely undisturbed sleep in a sound proofed room. The facilities were excellent and I had use of the pool all to myself when I visited in the morning.

The highlight was the hotel letting our party, which were celebrating a 50th birthday, commandeer the piano in the dining room so we could serenade our friend with a gorgeous rendition of Stevie Wonder's Happy Birthday.

A really fabulous hotel - in the main because of its wonderful staff.

Довольно удобное расположение
Если проездом в Лиссабоне, в следующий раз конечно выберу отель ближе к центру

Cons:

На второй день придя на завтрак в 10 утра застали полное отсутствие еды!!! И очереди!
Персонал абсолютно неквалифицирован, сделав заказ мы не дождались его
Также ребенку 6 лет пришлось уйти голодной тк реально еды не было!
