Nous nous sommes fait refuser l' accès à notre chambre qui était déjà réglée.
Raison: le poids de notre chien !
Lors de la réservation et du payement il n a jamais demandé le poids de mon chien hors dans les critère de sélection (le filtre de recherche) nous avions bien mentionné animaux domestiques admis.
Cela est une honte de laissé des personnes ayant réservé, payé dont la femme étais enceinte sachant que nous avons fait plus de 700 kilomètres en voiture pour nos deux ans d'union et que au final nous nous sommes senti comme des chiens nous a rester là dans le hall d entrée sans pouvoir profiter de notre séjour.
Merci corinthia et vos 5 étoiles je ne savais pas que la classe c'était ça nous laisser sans rien sur le bord du trottoir. Du coup retour maison. Et fini notre petit séjour car le budget étais en leur possession et iln ont pas soit disant su nous rembourser directement pour pouvoir nous retourner et trouver autres choses.
La grande classe et l humain avant tout hein????

Fabulous hotel where every member of staff was warm and welcomimg

La chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une très belle vue , le personnel très professionnel et accueillant, le petit dejeuner exceptionnel, l'espace piscine , la navette vers le centre ville avec des chauffeurs très sympathiques

Cons:

Pas d'échantillons de produits de bains et supplément accès Spa trop cher pour les résidents de l'hotel

Dit is pure luxe,alles wordt voor je geregeld. Alles wat je mag verwachten van een 5 sterren hotel. De locatie is prima,metro trein bus alles om de hoek. Je kan ook gebruik maken van een gratis shuttlebus die je naar het centrum brengt en weer ophaalt.

The outside was nice and spacious with a cozy outside restaurant for breakfast.The inside was beautiful with lots of flowers, on floor 2 they had a spa with a pool the pool was nice and spacious with clean warm water.
