Nettes Personal
Zimmer eher abgewohnt und altmodisch, nicht richtig sauber. Bad zwar schon geputzt, aber überall wächst mittlerweile schon Schimmel und Ablagerungen. Frühstück war für das Geld zu teuer.
Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, es hat alles für uns gestimnt. Parkplatz war wichtig und ein bequemes Bett.
Die Bar unten im Haus fanden wir auch gut um einen Absacker zunehmen.
The breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was great, the bed was comfy.
Most of the bar staff were lovely but one guy was a bit surly.

Check in was great very very friendly receptionist and very helpful.
Room lovely size comfy bed. Shower was great bathroom nice and big and all nice and clean.
Only 2 hangers in wardrobe.
Fire alarm set off in middle of night( not your fault but very inconvenient)

Bar staff not so good. Was charged 3 times 1 being declined put in pin declined again.( shouldnt happen) did get money back ( not sure I would off if haddent complained.) Women behind bar quite rude.

The over all stay was pleasant the staff were nice and were helpful.
The room we were given first was not acceptable the shower mat was very dirty, the mattress and the protector was heavily stained. However we were moved and the room was lovely, only other issue was the fire alarm going off at 01.30 am
The hotel is in a good location although parking on site was a little tricky. Libby area is lovely and breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Bedroom was really tatty. We booked 3 rooms and in one the toilet refilled all night. We reported the toilet as soon as we arrived and it appeared to be fixed, but as soon as it was flayed again; the issue restarted. Some questionable drips of liquid on the wall near the bed, broken bath panel, not restocked with tissues etc etc. just generally run down. Needs a lot of TLC and investment in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Very conveniently situated, the staff are excellent. There was a problem with our room- water leaking from the ceiling, the staff responded immediately and transferred us to a suite. Problems will always occur and what counts is how well these are dealt with. In this case they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.
The hotel is excellent value for money and comes with free parking.
In parts the decor was a little tired but this is being improved
