Very pleasant hotel
Pros:

Very clean room with nice smell to it. TV had smart apps (Netflix, Youtube). Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with high quality toiletries. Very pleasant experience.

Cons:

Room was not soundproof - could hear noise from the corridor and from the street with windows closed.
Breakfast could have been better with more choices on continental side.

Reasonable - may use again for convenience of proximity of university but would go out for breakfast
Pros:

Comfy beds in quiet location around the back of the hotel
Ability to use streaming platforms on TV (using own log in)

Decided on arrival to have breakfast at hotel - buffet breakfast was not good value for money - tea looked like coffee
Unable to park on site but thankfully managed to get a space around corner for relatively low cost (street parking)
Bedroom was lovely but bathroom was tired and old with low pressure shower

Lovely friendly hotel that id return to!
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and patient (my ASD son was with me), the room was bigger than expected and very clean.

Cons:

Bit of noise from outside but Newcastle in summer weekend and World Cup on had to be expected :-) it was quiet during the night though!

Great for a stay in the area.
Pros:

Room was a good size and front street facing. Patio noise heard on a sunny day, but shut down in late evening.

Location good for walking around and close to shops.
Hotel staff very helpful and bar meals good, and well priced for drinks as well.

Cons:

Maybe a shelf in the bathroom would be helpful for guests.
