Great hotel with fantastic pool area

Great position in Las Americas near to beach and lots of restaurants and bars,pool area is fantastic,rooms are tastefully decorated and beds are comfortable

Excelente elección
Pros:

Excepcional.
Nuestra habitación tenía vistas a la piscina y por la noche podíamos ver las actuacines desde nuestro balcón.
La ubicación excelente y tener el aparcamiento incluído en esa zona es un buen servicio.

Cons:

Los clientes ponían sus toallas en las hamacas de la piscina a partir de las 7 horas para reservar. A las 9 horas (apertura) ya estaban la gran mayoría ocupadas pero sin ninguna persona utilizándolas.
Un día estuve de 9.30 a 12 horas en las últimas que quedaban libres (y eso que hay muchísimas) y en todo ese tiempo seríamos como mucho 20 personas las que estabamos en la piscina y todas las hamacas reservadas sin poder utilizarse.
No debería permitirse eso.

Pros:

Situation géographique au sud très ensoleillé, emplacement hôtel parfait pour sortir le soir, animation dans les rues, magasins etc.. super piscine agréable

Cons:

pas de place comprise avec le forfait hôtel à la mer ( chaise, parasol), et malheureusement comme dans chaque hôtel la langue française peu parlé ou pas du tout

Freundliches Personal und sauber. Schöne Anlage.

Cons:

Ausstattung ist nicht von einem 5* Hotel. Beim Zimmer steht Kaffeemaschine ist aber nur ein Wasserkocher mit löslichem Kaffee . Kein eigener Strand wie angegeben. Der ist öffentlich und mann muss für die Liegen zahlen. Das Essen war immer das gleiche . Mit 2-3 Ausnahmen.

Amazing hotel and location!
Pros:

Went on holiday with a friend and really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Their two restaurants are pretty good too. Pool is amazing too. Service and location are amazing too.

Cons:

They would need to improve pool area food quality.
