Amazing 5 nights in paradise!
Pros:

Excellent 5 nights. Room was kept emmaculately clean. Would stay again.

Pros:

Lovely spacious room with a balcony, located just a 5-minute walk from the beach and very close to restaurants,shops and a supermarket. The breakfasts and dinners served here were very varied with plenty of choices. Special thanks to the cleaning staff, who worked quickly and kept everything perfectly clean

Pros:

Good location , very new and fresh after the renovation

Cons:

Staff on arrival check in desk was very rude , food choices not up to standard for 5 star all inclusive

Not music or day time entertainment at the pool just the odd water game or polo

Superbe endroit mais la nourriture a revoir par rapport à la qualité
Pros:

Le personnel a été adorable du début jusqu’à la fin rien à dire.
Le kids club était géniale notre fils de 17 mois s’est éclaté
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top

Cons:

La nourriture de The Pier, la qualité des aliments/produits. Par exemple le matin lors du buffet les œufs sur le plat avait un arrière goût, l’omelette avec trop de jambon était sec, les saucisses parfois pas bien cuit c’était quand même du porc.

Great location and fantastic staff, pool is brilliant and the hotel is clean.

Didn’t like that people were allowed leave towels before 9am and not stay with their chairs.

Torneremmo volontari.
Pros:

Fantastica struttura e in posizione perfetta per andare in spiaggia e girare a Las Americas.

Cons:

Letti leggermente duri rispetto a quanto siamo abituati ma abbiamo dormito bene.
