Très bon séjour!
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, pas loin du Duomo, petit déjeuner délicieux et varié. Personnel très sympathique ! Très bonne literie.

Cons:

Ameublement un peu vieillot de la chambre et un robinet d’évier de couleur brune par l’usure, un peu décevant pour un 4étoiles. Taxes de séjour élevées: 10€/jour.

It was a very unpleasant experience.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and varied.

Cons:

The room and furniture were old and outdated, with a very traditional style (see photos). The air conditioner did not work properly at all. It was a small unit placed on the floor, measuring only approximately 15 cm by 35 cm (see photo), and it was completely inadequate given the extremely hot weather, which exceeded 33°C.

The bathroom was old and not properly cleaned (see photos). In addition, the housekeeping staff forgot to provide us with drinking water. As we needed water to take our medication, we went to the restaurant and requested two bottles. We were asked to sign a receipt for them, and we were later surprised to discover that we were charged for the bottles upon checkout.

The room also contained a very small unit that appeared to serve as a mini-fridge, but it did not cool anything. Furthermore, the hairdryer was not functioning.

Overall, our stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standards we expected. It was a very unpleasant experience.
The water stayed in the bathtub for a long time before draining away.

The television was small and only suitable for children.

Wir haben uns im Hotel wohlgefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, nah zum Dom und nahe zu einer U-Bahnstation. Dennoch ruhig. Zimmer und Bad von einer angenehmen Größe. ein großer Einbau-Kleriderschrank mit ausreichend Kleiderbügeln. Klima-Anlage, aber auch Fenster zum hinteren Hof waren selbstverständlich zu öffnen. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut.

Cons:

Ein Ledersessel war sehr abgenutzt, so dass die Füllung an den Armlehnen heraustrat. Im Bad hätte ich gerne einen Schminkspiegel gehabt; mein Mann vermisste einen Tresor.

Would have been fine but no hot water for a shower is unacceptable

Cons:

Two out of three days some of our rooms had no hot water. It got fixed and then didn’t work the next day. And it was impossible to adjust the water in my room in the shower. Either scalding or freezing
