If I could give Minos Palace 12/10, I would.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The architecture is outstanding, and whoever designed this place has exceptional taste. Everywhere you walk, you discover another peaceful corner surrounded by nature. There are so many beautiful spots to relax that you could stay here for a long time without ever getting bored.

The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. The wellness and health center is fantastic. The spa team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The yoga teacher offers wonderful classes, and the sports instructor, Janice, is highly professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging.

Overall, an unforgettable stay. This is a place where you can truly disconnect, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend Minos Palace to anyone looking for beauty, tranquility, wellness, and exceptional hospitality.

Cons:

If I had one suggestion, it would be about the gym. The equipment is excellent, but in such an exceptional location, a large window overlooking the sea or nature would make the experience even more special and perfectly aligned with the spirit of the hotel.

Cons:

There is lack of sunbeds at beach and they take it away from you when are away more than 45 min. Very stressful. You cant have a lunch or massage without risk of loosing your sunbed

Fantastic couple getaway. Relaxation, endless water and sun. Excellent food and drinks.
Pros:

This was a nearly perfect hotel for its value. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, the infinity ocean view room was very quiet with an amazing view, the location is prestige, the sunbeds very comfortable, the umbrellas provided a nice shadow. The breakfast was incredible and the restaurants offered very good food, drinks and wine menu for an expensive, but fair price for the segment. I participated in some of the complimentary activities (yoga, functional training) which were also good. We certainly want to come back!

Cons:

To be honest, this feedback is just to make it perfect and it didn't significantly impact our stay. Hopefully you can implement these changes so I can come back every year =)
1. I didn't appreciate much of the value of the spa treatments. It seemed to offer a lot of services for very high prices and very low value. The infrared sauna does nothing but a bit of relaxation, really, and it is certainly not worth 40 euros. The shower experience with the lights does not make me want to come back. On the other hand, every hotel in this segment has a dry and wet sauna (hammam) included in the fee (even if you require booking in advance to avoid overcrowding the space), which has many proven benefits to your health, which sadly missed during my stay. My wife had a massage and she really enjoyed it, but its price was way too high.
2. I would add a few extra umbrellas over the sunbeds in the pool area where there's a whole stack of empty uncovered sunbeds (around 10-15) that people use just for a few minutes before it gets too hot. On the other hand, at peak hours, there are no free shadow spaces in the pool and beach areas, which makes you want to hurry up and get a spot. I would add some more of those kingsize bungalows in the pool area, those are just fantastic.
3. The rooms need a bottle opener for the complimentary sparkling wine =)
4. Offer snorkeling or swimming goggles at the beach - most people forget!
5. Maybe put up a "non-smoking" and a "relaxation is shared" sign in the pool and beach areas. Nature should be preserved and privacy does not come naturally for some.

Paradise stay on Crete
Pros:

If to describe in one word this hotel, i would say Paradise.
From the entrance of the hotel, welcomed by the best staff ever, to rooms and lunch and dinner: everything seems so perfect, so clean, so respectful and so professional.
You will have the best sleep because their sofas are so comfortable and so delicate.
Staff is undoubtedly one of the most professional i have ever met: kind and warm regards to all stuff from Amar restaurant (Leonidas and his team is fantastic: smiley Anastasia and so warm Maria to smiling George and all other persons working there a big thank you). I cannot forget Irini from main restaurant the way she was preparing and attentively arranging all fruit and deserts.
Guest and reception relations is another success story: Sofia welcomed us at the hotel and created such a beautiful atmosphere during the whole stay. Thank you so much Sofia.
I appreciate also the flexibility of the hotel to adapt to customers needs: we arrived in the morning and immediately the hotel took care of us and we were proposed an early check in .
I was surprised by the fact that: if leaving late, the hotel will grant you with a room to get ready for departure, which is really nice and thanks for that.

Cons:

Maybe the prices per 100 grams for calamari or prawns or octopus are a little bit too high

Pros:

We were on the search for a beautiful hotel and we found an outstanding one! The whole hotel complex is harmonious.
The garden of the hotel is incredible, The room was the perfect size, as you spend the whole day anyway at the exquisite and for the hotel guests reserved beach.
We can highly recommend the Amar Restaurant where you have the most attentive and lovely team. Huge shoutout to Maria and Leonidas, thank you so much for your hospitality! And of course the dishes are so delicious. We ate there every day.
Actually you don't have to leave the hotel for your whole stay because you have everything you need at one place - great gastronomy (the breakfast is also delicious), wonderful beach, great sun loungers, geat gym, excellent SPA and most important you get all the rest you need, no disturbing music or whatsoever. We can only highly, highly recommend this hotel for your next stay..

Cons:

We would have loved a beach bag from the hotel, as we didn't bring any and had made the experience from previous 5 Star Hotels that they provide beach bags for their hotel guests
And there is no hotel shop with like bikinis or swim wear, or local art or pottery or clothing from local brands, that was a little missing

Otroligt fint hotell, fina rum och sköna sängar, bra läge och fantastisk service.

Cons:

Maten. Jag är vegetarian och kan bara tala för det vegetariska utbudet, vilket tyvärr var skralt och höll låg nivå på alla hotellrestauranger (dessutom väldigt dyrt i relation till nivån på maten). Vi valde bort hotellrestaurangerna i den mån vi kunde.
