Sejour parfait pour se detendre dans un environnement d’une grande beauté
Pros:

L’emplacement est magique et le resort très beau avec ses piscines a débordement.

Cons:

La plage est petite et il faut arriver tôt pour avoir une chaise longue sur la plage.Les restaurants sont chers au regard des plats qui sont relativement simples.

One of a kind
Pros:

Premises location, garden, sea views, cleanliness, yoga classes.
However, the staff at the reception , at restaurants (a la carte side), at spa made the big difference in accomodating tourists during their stay.

Cons:

Air conditioning limited to 23C, removal of personal stuff from the sun beds after someone is away for less than an hour (e.g. while at a yoga class), beach towels not always available in the morning, some rude servers at the breakfast (the only man I saw the whole time of my stay serving on the buffet terrace).

Bellissima struttura e staff preparato cortese e disponibile

Staff treated us like royalty. It was the best resort we have ever stayed at. Exceptional.
Pros:

Everything! The facilities, staff, location, service. The whole resort had a high end polish like no other we have visited.

Hôtel magnifique, parmi les plus beaux de Crete que nous connaissons.
Pros:

L’architecte, la modernité , le site exceptionnel, la beauté de cette vote , les jardins exceptionnels.

Cons:

Rien vraiment si ce n’est des prix exorbitants (plus cher qu’à Paris où nous habitons, même dans des bars ou restaurants tendances)

Amazing resort on a fantastic location
Pros:

Amazing resort on a beautiful location. Lots of little hide-outs where you can hang and chill. Great food in both restaurants on the resort. Absolutely 5-star worthy.

Cons:

The Gym could have been better. For a 5-star resort, there should be more options.

Pros:

Unbeschreiblich! Wirklich alles perfekt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt so geliebt. Dieses Resort kann definitiv mit einer Maledivenreise mithalten.

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gut durchdacht, bis in viele Details. Die Ausstattung ist schön, sauber und neuwertig.

Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend. Beim Essen kriegt man sogar den Stühl untergeschoben. Alle Grüßen, arbeiten fleißig, damit man das beste Erlebnis und Komfort pur hat. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich es lange nicht erlebt habe, dass Leute so fleißig sind und in ihrem Job bemühen.

Essen ebenfalls - UNFASSBAR KÖSTLICH. Alles! Wirklich alles.

Der Strand und Pool-Bereich ist ebenfalls einfach traumhaft (am Pool keine Musik - einfach Ruhe! Es war göttlich). Wir waren einfach sprachlos. So viel Komfort und Schönheit. Die Bucht ist wirklich ein Traum.

Einen besonderen Dank an Mariana (Rezeption) und Katerina (im Restaurant).
Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Un très bel hôtel avec une vue exceptionnelle
Pros:

L’emplacement est très beau, bien arboré, très belle vue mer.

Cons:

L’entrée des chambres qui donne directement sur les vasques de la salle de bain
Le manque de coussin sur les 2 chaises du balcon
